I am very dissapointed with Takealot Delivery options etc. Firstly, they dont deliver a "Washing Machine" on a Saturday....only in the week. How must the customer get home when busy working during the week. Not everyone is fortunate to work from Home. Secondly, the fact that an address cant be changed on their system is rediculous to me. They request customers to cancel an order( taking a risk for that product to become out of stock and/or missing out on the discount being given on that product. I will think twice of buying from Takealot again.
We had our air-conditioning re-gassed by Applicance Fix and after few days it stopped working. I asked Patrick to come out and after a long wait he finally sent out his guys to repair it. He wanted more money and we said absolutely not as we already paid for them to repair the aircon that still didnt work. We then contacted them and informed them that the aircon doesnt work AGAIN and they need to send someone out. That was on the 11th Aug, and we still have not heard back from them. THIS COMPANY IS ****MERS AND I SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I am VERY VERY frustrated and DISSAPOINTED with Netflorst. I contacted Netflorist since I placed my order on the 29Jan for a delivery to make it would be delivered on the 14th Feb. This was a valentines gift to my boyfriend and delivery was to his business. I was on chats with Netflorist and made calls to Netflorist today to make sure this gift be delivered as originally requested by me on the 29thJan when I placed my order. MY BOYFRIEND NEVER GOT HIS GIFT FOR VALENTINES DAY !!!!! HE NEVER EVEN GOT ANY SMS'S OR ANY CALLS TODAY FROM NETFLORIST ON FRIDAY!!! I received an email on Sat after me sending a complaint email Friday night of this disgusting service...they informed me the driver will be delivering Sat. I gave my address...and Sifiso informed me in the email the driver has the new address. When the driver eventually called to deliver Sat afternoon....the driver didnt even have the new address!!! I have never got suv BAD service in my life. Especially spending so much money with Netflorist. I MEAN THIS ORDER WAS PLACED 29TH Jan, and I even followed up early Feb about thid delivery. They assured me delivery for 14th Feb as I requested. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM NETLORIST AGAIN!!!
I placed an order with Zando and when I went on their website this morning ...Their Website no longer exist and their number is not working and they not replying to my emails. I paid for this order....this is really unacceptable! 😡

I paid off my debt review in Nov2022. My debt councillor informed the credit bureau's about this. I'm still waiting on my name to be cleared. Then 3 weeks back I found out the Credit Bureau Experian failed to update their records. Even asking Experian a few months before why is my name still no cleared on my credit report(They never mentioned to me the fault is on their side) An email from my debt councillor was sent Dec2022 already to them. When i spoke to them 3 weeks ago...they said Oh we received the email from your debt councillor in Dec22 we just didnt do anything about it because it was sent to incorrect email. I called my debt councillor and requested them to send it to experian's correct email: eza.dcupdates@experian.com. They did and also copied me in that email...which I received! I called them on Tuesday and demanded to speak to supervisor because i was holding on this phone call 55min!!!!! I finally got through to the supervisor Leah Ramoroka and she said no email was received. I told her why did I receive the email my debt councillor sent to Experian and they didnt. I founf it weird because the previous lady on that same call I spoke to: Zanelle said they received the email it went to the one platform but failed to go to the other platform BUT THEY RECEIVED IT. Anyway I forward this same email to the supervisor Leah Ramoroka and she said she will reply to it immediately for me and expedite it for me. NEVER HEARD FROM HER. I've been calling the same no: 0861105665 ...the phone is always just ringing NO ANSWER. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE!!!! I NEED MY NAME TO BE CLEARED ASAP!!!! This is the type of service we get in SA! Pathetic!!!!!!
I have paid all my accounts that was on debt review on the 21st Nov 2022. Including my ABSA Bank personal loan account. When I check my credit report on experian website there is an Arrears still on my name. This amount was paid on 21stNov2022! I received an email from Peletso Manganeng (Jira) on the 19th Jan 2023 about my dispute logged. She requested my paid up later which I sent the same day. No one has contacted me back and I can get through to any of their numbers!!!!!!!!!!! I need my name to be cleared on my credit report...They need to remove the arrears from my name!
I applied for a two bedroom apartment at The Palms and the application was done with Crystal Mauritz. First day one dealing with Crystal was not a good experience. Her attitude was very uncommon for a agent. I think I even called her offices and asked to deal wit someone else. I had to also call her to give me some feedback and her response was always "Sorry I'm busy" My bf & I applied for this place, as I am on debt review and my BF works works for a very prestige company. After many calls to Crystal and emails to Crystal she finally got back to us with a simple. "Sorry your application was unsuccessful" She says my bf credit score was bad. When in fact he had an EXCELLENT credit score. My BF that very same day got a credit score and we sent that to Crystal. She wasnt interested in any way to help us. I asked her if there is any other person that can do the credit check and she never answered. We couldnt believe the treatment we were getting...and to make matters worse she was the only person we could deal with at Greeff. I'm sure she had a problem with me and being under debt review. When in fact I have been living In kenilworth in a apartment for 10 years. Not once did I fail to pay my rent on time. I even sent Crystal this excellent reference letter from my landlord. We have been applying for other places and have been successful. The place I really loved though was "The Palms" How do get into living at the palms?
