I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Afiswitch. I completed my PDP renewal on 14 November 2025, and I have now done my fingerprints twice at the Kagiso Traffic Department because Afiswitch reported that the system was offline during my first submission. I went back yesterday and retook my fingerprints as instructed, but when I phoned Afiswitch this morning, I was told that my fingerprints are still not verified because they “still need to process the payment.” I was then told to check again next week Thursday. This is unacceptable. My PDP has already expired, and my Bolt driver account has been suspended, which means I currently have no income. I have followed every step required by the Traffic Department and Afiswitch. The delays are happening on Afiswitch’s side, yet I am the one who is suffering the consequences. All I am asking for is the service I have already paid for: timely fingerprint verification so my result can be sent to the RTMC system. The lack of urgency and communication is extremely frustrating and has placed my livelihood at risk. I need Afiswitch to prioritise my case, verify my fingerprints, and send the results to the Traffic Department without further delay. Bought 12 pack of flying fish beer at checkers on the 2nd of September 2018, some of the dumbies were not properly closed so when I placed them in the cooler bag, some dumbies unfilled, this proves that the dumbies were nt closed accordingly, love flying fish but was disappointed cause of this
Telkom network coverage is rubbish, one moment you busy on a call it goes off, switched to Telkom cause their rates are low, but their coverage is rubbish & doesn’t matter where u is just a big stress & frustration, I am going back to cell c
I have being with multichoice almost 10 years now, but their service is messed up up until now , it doesn’t improve. I previously requested a debit order to pay for my services & December I decided to pay via EFT an amount of R574, on the 10th they suspended my services. I phone them asking the reason & they said it was a technical error, & my services were reseted & all was well. Today the 15th they suspend my services, I checked my balance on the app it shows that I am owing R228.16 which is due by 24th Jan. My question is why suspend my service if I am not owing is it a technical problem again, why can’t they do this right from the start. Almost everyone in South Africa have DSTV, that means they can’t manage their customer. Just wish there would be one company that can render a better service I would join immediately and live this madness. Just because they have huge number of customers still doesn’t give them the right to take advantage of them
Went to builders warehouse at Alex mall, had to wait at the que for almost 30min , cause there were no cashiers & the que was very long. Myb is because this specific store is located at location, more specially cause is Alexandra, the store doesn’t give a s*****t about people there but people there are the once making sure that the store is kept open, is it because 99,9% of shoppers there are black hence this store doesn’t give a rat about customer service, it is a shame that even in 2018 we still facing this race thing more specially from our own kind. If u go to builder at greenstone the service the is excellent they even have buttons to press is u are dissatisfied with the service, why can’t we have that at the branch at Alex mall , because 99,9% of people shopping there are black, this is very sad
<p>Still complaining about the above mantioned company, this bank can really ***** their clients over & over, laid a complain on hellopeter about Fnb, about them double charging me on my account. Just realized it happened again after I spoke to 1 of their consultants who gave me assurity that this won't happen again, to my surprise it happened again this time the deducted full installment of R851.84 twice & R283.4. So much for customer service, deducting the money that I never agreed to, even after I spoke to them & they gave me assurity that it won't happen again </p>
<p>Fnb debited my savings Acc to pay my outstanding arreas without my concern. How can such a big company treat their clients like this, I feel is lack of intergrity & their don't put their client first.</p>
<p>bought my Lg 50"tv 3years ago though third party retailer( Joshua door) after my contract was finished my tv started giving problems, it was my first experience with Lg product & I have to say I will never buy any Lg product course their products are week, if own their tv it only mean u have to buy a new one every 3years. </p>
