Renprop share my personal details to an email address that i don't know, it's my flat number etc, i have informed Aubrey for months not to send my personal details to people i don't know but it fall on deaf ears, please remove the yahoo email when sending my monthly statement
Momentum takes forever to pay and when u call u get told next day it's been over 3 weeks now, Momentum u not doing me a favor it's money that i need to get, stop dragging your feet every time u need to pay, it's not the 1st time that i have to run after u for payment
I have put a claim and they are not paying it, they want things that are impossible and when i ask what is the reason for this they consultants say they don't know, had another same policy as this one for my other son and it paid well but this one they not paying and no one knows why when i ask
i have done a booking thru booking.com and it was a **** my money is gone, have been trying to speak to booking.com and they are not helpful at all u get emails asking u to send details of the booking u send the details and they keep on sending the same email. we arrived at the venue booked and it's a abandoned house we didn't have a place to sleep
i ordered food on the 24/05 -6h06pm and it was delivered to the wrong place not my address as stated, i contacted uber eats and logged a query on their app, nothing is done until now, i want my money back as i didn't receive my order
multichoice instruct some lawyers called sheik or something to call me to say i owe dstv R101.00 i ask the lady from the lawyers what is it for she doesn't know, i paid that money on 13.03.24 just for them to get off my back, i called dstv to close my account and they could see the payment, today this lawyers call me again to say i owe R101.00. DSTV get your act together this calls are irritating
i bought a flat that was owned by Old mutual alternatives, when i am suppose to move in i was told electricity box is ******, since 06 december i am waiting for the box and Janine Francis keeps on saying she submitted payment for the box and nothing is happening when i ask her now she just ignore me.
Bought a flat thru UG Homes and no proper handover the keys were left with security and now inside the flat the electric box is missing and no one knows were it is, i bought a house and no electricity i was told to wait till next year.
I bought a new car at Renault Heidelberg collected it on the 22/08 and now the car has got a problem with brakes and petrol gage, informed the dealer but i just get ignored no one is willing to help, i send emails they reply some, some they just ignore me, what a terrible service
i got an sms from IWYZE that my vehicle is not covered for theft /Hijacking/Attempted Theft, because i did not submit the tracker certificate, i have sent the certificate twice on the email address they gave me customercare@iwyze.co.za. it was sent on the 26/07 -9h52 and on 27/07 - 10h23, fix this or kiss my business goodbye
