It's me again with Isabella Garcia. I placed on order through email on the 5th of January, to date I have not received a single response, despite a number of follow up emails I have sent. Same thing that happened in December is happening now. It seems that they are unable to meet their demand anymore if we must wait over 15 days for a single response on email. This is highly disappointing as these products are not available in normal retail shops which would make things very easy for everyone. I thought I should give them a second chance but the results are still the same!
I have two complaints against Isabella Garcia. 1. I was contacted by a lady who told me they are running a competition where you need to refer a certain number of people to receive a free perfume. She said if I gave her 40 contact details, I would receive one perfume. Then if I referred 80, I'd receive two. I referred 80 contact details (I might be getting my numbers wrongly but I qualified for two perfumes), and to date I have not received any communication nor my perfumes. This was the 3rd of November 2025. Isabella fooled me into sharing people's contacts through false promises. And this is POPIA breach! This is the number I sent the numbers to: 0720224565. 2. I place a box order on the 27th with Cayleigh Hunkin, who is a Specialised Client Liaison. She promised me that I would receive it on the same week. It's the 3rd of December today, I have not received my order and she is not responding to my emails. The contact number provided on the website does not go through. I am utterly disappointed about all this treatment while I have been a loyal customer who never missed a single payment for my products. I want my products to be delivered by the end of this week or I am cancelling everything and moving to a different supplier!

I live at Southgate Ridge and I have no words anymore when it comes to Protea Metering, we are witnessing daylight ******* every single day with no real roper support and answers. This company came here last month July 2024 and changed our meters for better service apparently, after that we experienced the worst charges ever that they cannot explain. Louise keeps giving us copied and pasted answers with no detailed information. To date I’m asking them how did my bill move from R600 to R1400 in one month they cannot explain a thing. We want this company gone and buy our electricity and water directly from CITY POWER and Rand Water. They give us attitude like we are illiterate fools. Enough is enough now, we are people too. The economy is bad for us too, Protea Metering must not try to maximise their profits by robbing us like this. They must go!!!!
In less than 3 months I am back again about Vodacom Insurance. After getting my replacement device in April, the consultant informed me that my phone value had gone down to R13999.99 thus reducing my cover too. I asked if I should contact the insurance department and she said no, the amendments would be done internally. To my surprise end of April, Vodacom debited me the same premium of R255. I sent an email Mid-May and asked why did this happen because my cover has gone down and so should the premium. They sent me the Change of Insurance Cover Details, which I filled and signed accordingly. And the table on page 1 says I must pay R200 for a cover of R10001-R15000. To my surprise on the 25th of May I was debited the same R255, I called again and spoke to Zinzi Klaas who then ensured me that she was going to update the details accordingly. I then received two sms's saying my insurance is cancelled, of which I panicked and asked what's going on, she said it's just normal procedure she's still busy and I would receive letters with new cover details. And I did a few minutes later. On the 25th of June, Vodacom goes and debits me a whooping R377+ and when I enquire I am told it's the pro-rata, and I am asking for what because they took R255 for the whole month of June, and I was not taking a new policy but updating an excisting one. And demanded a refund, I was told that's how their system work and there's no refund. Why is Vodacom insurance so hell bent in making my life so hard? So for one policy for the month of June I was charged R632.00+ by Vodacom Insurance, how is this acceptible? I need my money back so I can look for another insurance company that would value me as their customer. Vodacom clearly does not need me anymore!
I just wanna appreciate this beautiful lady for her amazing customer service. Thato serves with so much kindness and patience everyday! When you have a query she will go an extra mile to ensure you receive what you need. She will make sure you’re updated on every step of the way until your issue is resolved. I use ASAP a lot and that’s how I met her, when she handled one of my orders. At times the store would miss one or two items on the order and Thato will run around and make sure you’re sorted. It doesn’t matter that it wasn’t her who packed it. Uzoksiza with a smile, I pray that she gets recognised for her hard work and be rewarded accordingly. I’ve known her for almost a year now and akashintshi. 🫶🏼 Her name is Thato Mmabatho Venessa Moima and she works for PnP Southgate Mall.
Hi, Can someone explain to me how is it ethical for Homechoice agents to call me more than 10 times every single day offering me their specials. No matter how much I tell them I don't want anything they keep harassing me. Where do we draw the line here, how's this ethical business for this company. My sin was to buy from them and make my payments on time. Now I am being harassed with a million calls. I've blocked over 50 numbers from them yet they call me with new numbers everyday. I'm tired of this harassment and some thing's gotta give here.
MTN is the most useless network in Naturena, every second day we have no internet connection. And it's even worse during loadshedding. MTN is failing to manage its business now, Vodacom is always and I mean always connected whether there's loadshedding or not. What is it that they're doing that MTN cannot copy? We are paying our monies in full but we don't get the same service in return. This is nonsense. I'm tired of calling and filling that stupid form of yours regarding connection. Can yall fix our towers in Naturena or allow us to cancel our contracts freely and move to other service providers!!!
