They do not even qualify for the one star i gave them. Since November 2023 they have my items. Its now February 2024. Minimum payment received. No communication. Emails goes unanswered. Messages gets answered with false and empty promises. The commission rate is extremely high. When you are lucky enough to get a payment, most of it goes to VAT and Commission… they have not even requested MY VAT NUMBER… they just take take take… No statements on goods sold. Goods sold at ridiculously low prices. Not even close to what Bernardis valued it at. Im appalled by the service. Very disappointing and unsatisfying. Poor service. Do not sell ANYTHING through Bernardis!!! Luckily. I didn’t send everything i wanted to.
Purchased a cream coloured hanging chair with pillow. I needed it the next day and paid R95 extra. They delivered a damaged BLACK chair with no pillow. I called immediately, advised the lady because this is not my mistake they need to send the cream chair upon collection of the black chair. She declined as its not polic and they need to assess and let me know of the outcome. This was not an order i placed wrongfully but i have to pay the price- they lack in quality control and does absolutely nothing for the customer . I had to wait for the refund process to replace the item. I told her to then just cancel it - they still short paid my item and did not refund the R95 after i had to wait 8 days for a refund. I will NOT use takealot again. This has been happening more frequently.
I have 5 Simcards with FNB CONNECT has the WORST COVERAGE. I can barely make phone calls or connect to the internet. Not recommended. Im looking to migrate to a different service provider.
We bought some cases of beer and the expiry date is September 2020 but all the beer is sour!!!! This is appalling!!! The store where bought refuses to exchange the beer!!! This is unacceptable!! Amstel south africa has no nr on the website! Ridiculous!!!

Why would you want to change the packaging of the current sigarettes you have but you still remain determined to discontinue Dunhill fine cut black. That is absolute absurd!! BRING BACK FINE CUT BLAC****!
I buy 3 packs Dunhill Finecut black per day. That is 9 Cartons per month... I HATE the Finecut Menthol and the Blue is too light and the taste is awful- i cant find Fine Cut Black ANYWHERE!!!! Please advice on this. Was it discontinued???? Well if that’s the case it was a bad business decision.
Fnb Olympus branch pretoria - this is the worst experience i had with FNB since i have been banking with them. No one is capable in verifying my device to my app, my previous phone was stolen... and the only way they can do it is with the old phone.... then they told me to do it online - i have done this.. online i dont have the verify button. I have called and still they told me to fo to a branch. At the branch no one can help... bianca have been pleasant in trying to help me. Someone needs to fix this problem with the app and verification. I am appalled
SPAR MOUNTAIN LAKE SHOPPING CENTRE has the worst quality of products. I bought ALBANY HOT DOG ROLLS. Opened the packet... GREEN WITH MOULD... tomatoes.... open the packet.... out of 12 tomatoes only one was fine. I showed the employee who was working that section. He took the packet and put it one side. I then continued my shopping and went back to the fresh foods isle. To my surprise the packet was back on the shelve. I tried to return my moulded hot dog rolls but they didnt want to. The lady just said sorry, no refunds. I am disgusted
