Absolutely shocking service. They cannot figure out how to fix my bank feed. Weeks and weeks of trying to resolve it, and still nothing. What is worse is that I have to check in to get any feedback from them, and weeks go by, hearing nothing. What kind of world-class accounts system doesn't offer priority support when it comes to things like this? Imagine a bank going down for 6 weeks.
Absolutely shocking procurement department. We have been waiting for months for payment. Every week is another issue with their coupa system. Stay away from doing business with them
Terrible service and an owner with an attitude. They install a generator cover made of wood full of holes. use a homemade '****ler' with no internal ****ler compartments. a few days after installing my generator started spewing black smoke to the point that my whole yard was full of soot and eventually caused my generator to break down a month ago. Refer to the pics how it started looking and how it looks now. I've had to remove the whole box, take out the filter and exhaust pipe to get the generator working again. The owner has the worst attitude and arrogance I've ever come across and is rude to his clients. It's exactly a month and they still haven't come to sort the problem. I've now had to remove everything and put my own cover up
I have just shipped another package with DHL Express. 4-day priority shipping. Here I am thinking everything went well and it is in France already. I get an email this morning that it is still sitting in customs and hasn't left the country. 5 days later!!!!
Absolutely shocking service! They have ruined my business. We were making a payment to our overseas suppliers and the card was blocked for fraud. I had the block removed and told them specifically to remove any future blocks for that supplier. Not only was it blocked but they let the money go out of my account and then set it as awaiting a reversal. This took days! I now made a second payment and surprise surprise it gets blocked again. But not only that, it removed double the amount from my bank, depleting my overdraft and stopping my guys from completing their critical work. When asking them when will the money be back.."sorry we do not know" Absolutely useless service.
Excellent Seller! I had an issue with a product, most likely a manufacturing defect and the support I received was top class! After a short discussion with them they advised that they will be offering a full refund on the unit, no questions asked.
<p>I have been trying to cancel a few Vodacom contracts for the past three weeks now. I have been in store to the Eastgate branch and was told they can do nothing and only phoning will work. I have since phoned cancellations and the retention department ( ********** ) exactly 15 times over the past two weeks. Every time I get cut off and transferred to a survey or I have been told there are system problems. I just called exactly 5min ago to be told the same thing. Everyone has told me I should rather go directly to Vodaworld. This is absolutely ridiculous service.</p>
