The trauma game put people through, we ordered the swimming pool that was on a special price amid black Friday, we cantacted the store prior and made arrangements for us to purchase the swimming pool which at the time was cheaper , but however when we went to the store me and my wife we were told that game was out of stock, also if you look at the shelves the swimming pool was there but at a higher price than the initial price we spoke about prior to black Friday. Poor service
Poor service. I had a tire and rim cover with this company and logged a claim for my front tires and rims on 14.September. 2021, they debiting me every month and ontop of that i keep forking out money out of pocket to get me tires and fix my rims, i sent them information they required, i sent them an invoice stating where i fixed my rims, these guys wake up to go to work every day to help people the claims department has people specifically there to update clients and call clients to give update but ironically through out the whole process for my claim i have been the one stopping my work and giving them a ring about my claim ๐ ๐ , on the 17th of September 2021i called and asked to speak to the person by the name of Seenclear Makulela because they the ones who registered my claim but was told they were on leave๐ ๐ ๐ , had to go through the trauma of explaining to the new person about my claim๐ who really didnt care, they will keeping swaping and changing people to deal with your claim and try by all means not to pay anything, i was claiming for my two front rims and two front tires, everyone i speak to is asking me about a silly invoice which i provided for my rims, budget know very well the logistics behind authenticating an invoice and dates and whatever, if they really were willing to pay they will actually call the company that fixed my rims to verify every ****y detail, nobody say anything about my tires, what a bunch of losers๐ ๐ ๐ ๐
Useless Hr mine the employees at this mine HR are losers including the manager they get bribed by people to manipulate the systems, my wife has been through hell with the lies she was told by these idiots.
Absa bank has put my wife into a serious health scare, my wife experienced a difficult stroke this week due to absa haven told her that her money will be paid, i have thus far taken my wife from piller to post with regards to her inheritance left by her late brother who used to work at rustenburg platinum mine, lately she has been helped by an indian lady working at absa branch in greenstone mall by the surname of naidoo, first she told my wife her funds will be paid in 48hours, we waiting and did everything she asked us to do but then the money was never paid then we went in to find out what was going on then they said 24hours still it wasnt paid, then last weekend they said 3hours still no funds, im distcusted at the way absa is fooling its clients and i regret that my wife ever open her account with this god forsaken bank now her health is at risk because of stress.
DONT BE FOOLED PEOPLE, STANDARD BANK INSURANCE IS A FRAUD, IM CANCELLING MY COVER ON MONDAY, FIRSTLY I BOUGHT THE COVER BUT AS SOON AS I BOUGHT IT THEY WERE ALREADY ON MY BANK ACCOUNT DEDUCTING THE FUNDS FOR MY CAR BUT I THEY NEVER SENT ME MY POLICY DOCUMENTS AFTER 2 MONTHS LATER WHEN I WANTED TO GO THROUGH MY DOCUMENTS, YOU KNOW HOW IT IS SOON AS YOU BUY THESE INSURANCE COVER MOSTLY YOU WONT HAVE TIME TO GO THROUGH THE POLICY DOCUMENTS UNTIL SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS BUT I WANTED TO GO THROUGH IT PRIO SO I CALLED COUNTLESS TIMES REQUESTING THESE DOCUMENTS, TURNS OUT STANDARD IS NOT EVEN THE INSURER, THEY USING LIBERTY, A COMPANY I WOULD NOT EVEN GO TO EVEN IF THEY WERE THE LAST COMPANY ON EARTH, CUT LONG STORY SHORT, I BORROWED MY BROTHER MY CAR AND SO HE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WITH MY CAR SO I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE TRAUMA OF CALLING MY INSURANCE SO IN THIS CASE FIRST THING THAT COMES TO MIND IS STANDARD INSURANCE BUT THE TRICK IS THEY CLOSED NOW I MUST OBVIOUSLY GO THROUGH MY POLICY TO CHECK WHO THE FLIP MUST I CALL IN THIS SITUATION, TO OPEN THE DUCUMENTS YOU PUT YOUR CREDENTIALS BECAUSE ITS PROTECTED BUT TO MY SUPRISED THE DOCUMENTS DONT WANT TO OPEN DOESNT MATTER I PUT MY ID NUMBER OR WHATEVER, SO IN ANY CASE THE POINT HERE IS STANDARD INSURANCE IS JUST A LOT OF BULL, I MEAN THEY DO BANKING I DONT WHO'S CRAZY IDEA IT WAS TO ADVICE THEM TO HUP INTO INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY SUCK LIKE PER MINUTE!!!!!!
im pretty sure these guys who are dealing with complaints in these companies specifically "Banks", by now know how to handle a complaint laid via hellopeter or internally. With standard bank if you log a complaint via hellopeter you will be bombarded with nice working making you ease up thinking its all good next thing you know, no follow ups, no call backs. I lost count on how many times i logged complaints with standard bank about one thing. Last friday on the 23 April 2021 i ended calling this fly by night bank and asked to be transferred to the complaints department, the guy who assisted sounded like he just got off bed and couldn't wait for me to hang up so he can go back to sleep. Long story short, he took my contact details and told me the branch manager where a consultant closed my account without my knowledge would contact me. Still waiting *sippin tea*
IM DISGUSTED AT STANDARD BANK SERVICES. LAST YEAR 2020 SEPTEMBER I WENT TO STANDARD BANK BRANCH IN GREENSTONE TO OPEN SAVINGS ACCOUNT, I WAS NORMAL LIKE A NORMAL PERSON WANTING TO OPEN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT FOR THEY SELF, I SPECIFICALLY TO THE LADY HELPING ME NOT TO CLOSE THE MAIN ACCOUNT AS I USE THAT TO RECEIVE MY SALARY, WHICH IS COMMON SENCE LIKE I WOULD NOT RANDOMLY WAKE UP ONE MORNING AND DECIDE IM GONN SHUT DOWN MY MAIN ACCOUNT, PLUS ONTOP OF THAT IF I DID TELL HER TO CLOSE IT THEN THEY WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A FORM SPECIFYING THAT THIS ACCOUNT IS NOW CLOSE AND THAT IM GOING TO BE USING SUCH AND SUCH, EMPLOYERS NEED THAT TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE, A PROOF COMING FROM THE BANK THAT I HAVE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT AND IM NOW USING WHATEVER. SHE DIDNT DO NONE OF THAT, SHE JUST AGREED TO WHATEVER I WAS TALKING BUT PROCEEDED TO SHUT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, WHEN PAY DAY CAME I HAD TO RUSH BACK TO THIS DIRTY BRANCH TO FIND OUT WHERE THE HELL WAS MY PAY CHECK, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CLOSE. MY LIFE CHANGED FOR THE WORSE RIGHT AT THAT MOMENT. MEANWHILE SHE IS WORKING NORMALLY NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH HER, SHE IS STILL SITTING AT THE SAME BRANCH ON THE SAME DAMN DESK WHILE IM STILL RECOVERING FROM THE MESS THAT SHE DONE MADE, I DONE LODGED COMPLAINTS ON THE STANDARD BANK WEBSITE BUT NOBODY IS REACHING OUT. BLACK PEOPLE ARE STILL TREATED LIKE NOTHING IN THIS COUNTRY, I BET IF IT WAS A WHITE PERSON IN MY SHOES THE LADY WOULD BE SITTING WITHOUT A JOB RIGHT NOW.
My wife got paid her inheritance from her late brother who used to work at the mine, the mine paid the funds through ubank then ubank paid it to my wife account number which is absa, for some reason absa clearing house is holding the funds even though they have verified the funds with the mine. I don't understand why these guys don't have good work ethics and stick to their protocols. It's now more than ten days my wife is waiting for this funds to land in her bank account and she is now admitted to the hospital due high blood pressure from all the stress she has gotten from people telling her must wait for this and that
my wife is expecting her inheritance from her late brother who passed on 2 years ago, its been quite a bumpy road for my wife not knowing whats going between the mine and ubank, lately the been promising her that the money will be paid or the money is already paid but when she checks her balance nothing is reflecting. im now im of the view that this particular bank is just useless because they dont even call her to update her about any developments on this matter, she must buy airtime and stay on the line for hours only to be told to wait. if this people have done something to her funds they must just tell her and stop promising her the world because then i have to be the one who has to be there for her when she is crying and stressing about this bank.
i was recently involved in an accident, i registered my claim and my car was taken in for repairs which great. i also had prevously opted for a courtesy car incase of an unforeseen cercumnstance, so absa did come to the party and arranged for a courtesy car on my behalf while im waiting for my car to be repaird. the problem that they dont tell all the details and hidden clauses about this great package, the courtesy car was only booked for 30 days. and i asked them prior to me getting a courtesy car about when will my car be ready and they told me that their turn around time was ten days. its been now over 40 days still my car is at the panelbeater, when i ask when i can continue using the courtesy car while im still without my car they tell me no they cant and if i still want to continue using the courtesy car it would be straight out of my pocket and that they only cover for 30 days. transport is essential in my work space as i get call outs in the middle of the night. i dont see how they figured "lets add in a courtesy car that will allow the individual to have transport while their car is getting sorted'',''how many days though? just give em 30 days''. but now 30 days is finished but my car is not and insurance guys recommend panelbeater now their panelbeater is also not coming to the party meanwhile im sitting wondering how the hell im going to be moving around but i actually have insurance which im supposed to pay each month.
