Bad service. I paid for new router. Still no router. Can’t get hold of them.
Bad service. No wifi and i get no answers. I can not get them on the phone and i have no place to ask for help. If i phone they say we have wifi but i have been struggling for two weeks now
Bad service. I get no answers. Wifi not working and if i try to call them i get no answers. On site they keep billing me.
We were very happy with the service. It was quick and helpful. Our sales person Liam kept us informed. We would recommend them to anyone.
I was at a capitec branch in witbank. I asked the lady at door that my mother in law is in the car because she struggle to walk. She was at sassa and they got her name wrong on her proof of bank. She said my mother in law must come in. I said i will phone her but can she please give me a ticket. She said no. I we are in this ****ty situation due to them not doing their work properly and then she said i must not use fawl language when talking to her. My mother in law came and she stood there with a really bad attitude. I said please give me a ticket now and she then gave me a bad look and gave it to me. We walked in and the manager said i must leave the branch because i use fawl language. I phoned the complaints department and they spoke to her. She then said Cidy the lady in front said i said she is pathetic and ****. I spoke to the lady over the phone and she said sorry for my experience. I then said i feel cindy must apologize. But yes nothing will come from it. Capitec must work on the people working for them. She was really rude and kept on talking in her language.
I am waiting since 6 April that we received installation and still no internet. Every day a new story. So done with this
The worst experience I have ever had with estate agents. They lied and gave a not valid contract. The agent that showed us the property is the receptionist and not even an agent. Then the agent didn't put her name on contract only after we said the person showing us is not registered. They corrected places on contract and the parties did not sign where corrections was made. We are staying without electricity for 4months now and agents do nothing to assist!!! Worst lying people ever!!!!
The VAP aftersales does not give assistance. I phoned them on monday and asked for legal advise. They said they do not see me on the system and will phone me back the next day. Tuesday no phone call. I phoned them on wednesday and could not hear them. They phoned back and transfered me. I held on for about 25min. Then i hang up. Im paying for something that is worthless to me. Their app is also not user friendly. If we want to change or add you have to phone and hold on forever.
My son signed a contract at MTN Bethal for a R200 data package special. They then took R3000 from his account he went in and the lady said they made a mistake and didn't put it on the special. He must reverse the debit order. They will fix it. It happend 2 more times. Each time we went in with no assistance. Phoned head office. Still no assistance. He pays the R200 every month but the sim doesn't work. This is now from Feb 2020. Now he receives a sms saying he has been black listed!! Who can assist as MTN is useless!!
Telkom gives no assistance!!! We moved in September 2019. We requested the line to be moved they didn't. After going in to the secunda branch and phoning how many times and also logging calls on app no answer. Then in january they phoned and said they can not move line there is no coverage. So we asked them to cancell the line. I have lost count how many times we requested. Now they want to black list us. I then phoned again 27 May 2020 Ref: 33749426 and spoke to Uyandaand that said they will take it off and investigate and come back to us. More than a month later and no feedback.
