Uber eats is now asking us to make payment again before ordering and there your app does not have a place to complain and your support number online says we do not have support in our area. We paid. When she contacted Teljoy they informed her that there is nothing on her profile and that the system glitched. This is unacceptable the contract was sent and it was signed, therefore Teljoy is bound by the contract. I expect immediate confirmation of order and delivery date. System glitches is no excuse.
I am furious. I have a personal loan with nedbank. End of July 2020 i was retrenched and received my last salary end of August 2020. I applied for claim from insurance. I received no feedback stating that they required a certified Id copy. I then sent it to them as requested on 11 January 2021. I December 2020 Nedbank deducted my loan amount. I receive uif which is almost nothing and need that money to pay school fees. Nedbank confirmed today that they paid the money into my account so immediately i made contact to request the refund on my account. Now I have to wait four days before i contact them again and then if the money reflects from them i then have to wait another 7 to 10 days Nedbank is quick to deduct my money but always take forewever to refund. Once the money is refunded i am closing the account
I was retrenched end of July 2020 received my last salary end of August 2020. I have a nedbank personal loan and took insurance. I submitted my documents 22 September 2020. No one advised that my ID document was still outstanding and I received confirmation via sms that all was in order. I applied for uif and did not receive any money until beginning of December. Nedbank decided to deduct R5099. 28 from my account for arrears. No I have to wait 5 to 7 working days for the refund as there is a claim. This is unacceptable as there was no communication from nedbanks side. I have no income and they took all I had.

I applied for Fibre with Vodacom, due to Fibre not being live yet they give you a router with LTE Router with 100gig data. I received my LTE Router with no sim card. I contacted Vodacom on Saturday where one of the call centre agents assisted. They would have resent the sim. On Monday I contacted the call centre to follow up as they were going to come and connect the fibre only to find out the idiot who assisted on Saturday cancelled the order and made a new one putting me at the back of the list. I informed them that it is not my fault that they messed up and the call centre agent after speaking to her supervisor was able to reinstate my previous order and everything would have gone as per previous order. It is Wednesday and I have not received the simcard with the 100gig and now it seems that the agents who came to mosselbay to connect the fibre will only be returning in January this is unacceptable. Due to useless call centre agents not being able to assist telephonically and the branches being as useless. I demand a manager contact me immediately and that my service be connected today. I have never seen service as useless as VODACOM.
I am disgusted with lack of service I received from Momentum Health 4 me. I am a member and received approval for a drs appointment. I had to pay the Dr upfront. I sent all documentation on the 4th of August and Sibongile.ndlovu@momentum.co.za sent a response asking for a seperate document which I sent on the 6th of August. To date I have not yet received my refund. I have multiple emails and reference numbers. I phone the company then the phone cuts out and when I send a message on the WhatsApp platform they give me an email address. I Want my money
I have been struggling since yesterday with my internet and this is unacceptable. Since I got the product I have on numerous occasions struggled with issues. There is no number to dial and the feedback on WhatsApp is less than pathetic. I have never come across such pathetic customer service. I am at my whits end with Supersonic. I went to the vodacom store on Wednesday last week. Upgraded my contract to a laptop deal. Asked the staff when it will arrive was informed if she orders it on Thursday it will arrive today (Monday) as I am used to bad service called them today to make sure I don't make the trip and then it has not arrived. Was informed that they forgot to order the laptop and I have to wait until Wednesday or Thursday. Unacceptable. I have to wait due to their neglect. Contract is on Mariana Van Rooyens name. Call her.
