I would like to lodge a formal complaint on treatment that I received at the New Redruth, Alberton branch. I have been successfully using this branch to deliver my client's goods and have had nothing but an excellent experience. There is a new lady that has recently started who is really uncouth and does not suit the environment. She is adamant to address me in a language I do not understand and honestly is not very helpful. Today, I was picking up as well as sending a parcel. She could not even finish assisting me as she was on her phone while talking to me when my card kept declining and I wanted to make an immediate payment. I ended up making a payment without reference because she walked off to talk to someone else. I took my parcel and walked out and she did not even comfirm that all was okay. I would suggest you intervene before she chases all of us to Lemontree.
I have had multiple complaints about this organisation over the years... which means I should also compliment them when a staff member has done an excelllent job. My family and I went into their New Market branch to open an account for our child and the branch was full. A lady by the name Cate, came to our rescue, put us in her office and assisted us so diligently that she also helped with my business account. She was knowleagable, kind and very eloquent. A great service experience indeed. Thank you Cate.
I had been planning for a few of my projects with a young lady named Tyler-Lee who is an Estimator at Jetline. We were planning my educational flashcard print quality. When I placed my order she ordered 12 x more than what I had initially asked of her and they were extremely late. I let it slide because their pricing was favourable. I then wanted more flashcards, in a different size, bookmarks to help launch my new book (which they were also going to print for me) and a bound m****cript to use at the reading. I communicated early, sent the artwork in time...this was all for a Women's Day event on the 9th of Aug. I was to pick up said Saturday and had agreed face to face and in writing. I then received an email from Tyler-Lee after 22:30 on Friday night telling me they cannot assist me because they are not opened at that time. For an order I needed to pick up at 9am. She did not attempt to resolve the matter, there was never an apology or attempt to get my items to me, nothing. Just stone silence. She has **** time and time again during our interaction but to jeopardise the integrity of my event was the final straw. Use them at your own risk. It is a pity too because their pricing is competitive.
My husband and I have been with Tymebank since September 2019, meaning recently our bank cards expired and we needed to get new ones. Please bear in mind that has never happened with them before seeing that they are so new. We went to the Pnp inside Alberton City to seek counsel as there were no comms from Tymebank with instructions on what to do. We could not find the usual Tymebank rep and stood around for a while while the Pnp staff went looking for her. The lady saw us pressing away and did not come to us as she saw us, she continued her conversation with one of the Pnp staff members. I approached her and asked for her help. She was quick to rush to my husband's rescue but took a little longer when I needed the same help. My husband intervened as he had just managed to get his new card from the kiosk. I contacted the Twitter social media Tymebank team to discuss this matter and suggest that comms be sent out to clients explaining what to do. I was received with such sarcasm by the team that I am currently bank shopping. Customer service is so key in customer retention. I have even opted to move with all business accounts linked to me (family and those I had referred to the bank).
Lewis stores had a competition running that popped up on my Instagram. It directed me to a link that required some details from me. Once I had populated all my information, I received a text telling me how much I qualify for at the store. I am not certain what *****ulent activity they are running, but I will not stand for it.
They came onto the market and seemed a great fit and offered an experience for someone who did not have money to waste on bank charges. The account was easy to open but that has been the only joy received. I have never been able to make online payments where in this day and age is a need. I have wasted countless amounts of airtime making calls and being promised to be called back. I have e-mailed and nothing. Even their Twitter social media people have opted to jump on the bandwagon. Tymebank has no TYME for its customers
Last week Monday morning around 3:00 I bought an e-Coupon and made an instant payment for someone who had told me that they were hungry. It was the least I could do. Low and behold, it has been 8 days and the person who had asked for food, has NOT received the voucher, I have not received any response from Customer Care or Head Office (who they keep saying they are waiting on) HOWEVER my money is sitting in their bank account. To say I am disgusted is an understatement.
