I have tried calling the call centre 12 times the call keeps cutting. I have logged queries for them to call me and Zama says that my number doesnt ring. I just tested my lines from 3 numbers it works. It is so hard to reach a company that seems to be partnering with huge credit companies but they cant keep up with the service. I want to be called about a refund that is not correct ASAP 0782736037 or i will report this company to the NCR
I made a purchase on the MRP online store on tuesday (16/07/19), they deducted the funds from my account for the item i wanted to purchase but did not process the purchase or the item. I then tried numerous times to contact the help line or call centre and then got put on hold for 15 minutes + ... i then further sent an email .... and then got sent an email with a voucher, NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME OR EVEN STATED AN APOLOGY ON THE EMAIL, NO CONTACT WHATS SO EVER .... they then sent me a voucher that does not exist and troed to fool me into thinking they gave me my money back in a form of a voucher but when i tried using it its invalid. I then sent an email and got no response. Today is Saturday the 20th and have gotten no response i asked for my money back and got told ill get it in 14 days. What **** is mr price up to... i want a manager or someone with s****s to contact me and explain what **** are they up to. I work i dont have time to call everyday i need this sorted our NOW
At the westville branch in pavillion, "LORAINE" the assistant manager who is absoloutley rude and have no people s****s whatsoever, Was so rude to my elderly mother !!! Is this the calibur and level of pathetic service we have to endure when purchasing at this branch ??? .... all my mum needed to do, was exchange a pair of boots which i bought for her last week (7days ago) . ..... after the sale went through i asked the cashier for a gift reciept and the cashier said its too late the sale went through but we welcome to bring it back ( shouldnt we as customers be asked this prior or be informed ) the lady could of easily exchanged the shoe by matching the codes or the box . As it was a gift . SERIOUSLY GUYS YOU CANT BE HAVING UNCOUTH STAFF AT THE FRONT OF HOUSE !!!!! WILL DEFINITLEY BE SHARING THIS WITH ALL MY FREINDS AND FAMILY .
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO USE THE SERVICE IM PAYING FOR BUT I CANNOT DUE TO THE POOR TECHINICAL SERVICE FROM THIS PRODUCT. THE WEBISTE IS ALWAYS DOWN THE APP DOESNT WORK. I SIT ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS AND GET NO FEEDBACK FROM THE CONSULTANTS. I NEED A DAMN MANAGER OR SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY FIX THIS BLADY ISSUE INSTEAD OF IT CARRYING ON FOR SO MANY WEEKS. I HAVE SCEEN SHOTS OF THE ERRORS
I just had the most pathetic service from numetro ever ... Booked 8 x 3D tickets for 7:45pm @ Numetro Galleria ... Stood in the que for beverages & snacks for 40mins because of incompetent staff (cashier's) who had to do a void after every customer .... Then after purchasing our refreshments we get into the cinema only at 8:10pm only to find that there aren't any seats available, there were incorrect people in the cinema & it's been over an hour standing with our now stail refreshments still waiting ... While the manager tries to solve the problem ... After one and a half hours manager ZAMNELE gives 8 of us complementary tickets WHICH CAN ONLY BE USED AFTER TWO WEEKS !!!!! and CANnnot refund us apparently and also cannot refund us for our refreshments which got froth and stail ... Also very unhelpful ... To add to my dissatisfaction he offers another 5 people an offer to enter the prestige VIP cinema anytime ... Refuses to help us ... NUMETRO SUCKS with Service !!!!! Giving me something I paid for when I spent a lot fuel to get to this cinema only cause the preferred movie was booked out everywhere .... PATHETIC !!!!
I saw an ad in the game paper advertising a Seagate 2 TB hard drive for the price of R899. Seeing that add I found it fit to purchase the item advertised by the franchise. I made arrangements for my funds to be released early from my fixed account where I needed to pay penalty charges just to make the purchase from this reputable store. Upon arrival at the store when I ask for assistance I am advised that the product was incorrectly advertised and that we had to pay the original price. A sign was put up to say "we're sorry incorrect price". This notice apparently came from head office and that the correct legal channels were taken. According to Sylvester Ramasamy a manager at game stores there was nothing he could do at store level as head office made that decision. I had driven from Chatsworth to Pavilion. Wasted my petrol. Paid charges on my fixed account all to put up with this disappointing bull****. Im sorry but game head office now needs to answer all the questions that the store managers can't seem to answer. Games head office needs to follow the CPA act and compensate me for going out of my way to support their pathetic franchise. Certain measures can be taken to satisfy your customer and what kind of customer service is it when you turn down a client when they are right. And make it seem like they wrong. As for the service of the front desk receptionist kovilan. He rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a manager. As if I am asking for something for free. It's just sad very sad that ,Game a store that carries so much regard is now stooped to such a level with their service. I will not leave this. I will get my lawyers to handle this and head office can have a say since the client facing employees can't do their jobs. Feel free to call me my number is ********** 038. Don't call me to apologize I don't want to hear it. Don't call to pacify me. Call me with a solution on how you are going to fix your mistake not mine. Someone needs to be accountable and have some integrity to meet the standards set by Games advert not my own.
<p>I have tried calling ALL of the telkom stores from the 18th of November. There has been no answer at all.</p> <p>I went into the Chatsworth branch to apply for a contract and they did not have stock of the huawei p9 phone. They advised me to come back when they have stock and they will call when they do. It has been over a week now and nobody has called. I have to keep going to the store to check as NOBDOY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. the service is not only poor but extremely pathetic.</p>
