I have had 2 funeral policies with Nedbank for almost 10 years. I never receive a statement or update. I pay R500 per month without fail. Then I get threatening sms's that my cover is unpaid. I have now been waiting more than a month for a reply to my emails. Give my money back and I will look for other policies.
For months I have been begging for a reconciliation of my funeral policy account as payments keep going missing. This is an ongoing battle and each email becomes a trail of repeats, nonsense and getting nowhere.
Getting feedback on funeral policies we have been paying for years is like pulling hens teeth. In eight years, not one single statement, not one single update on payment allocations, which I have struggled with in the past. I don't have airtime so asked on Twitter for a consultant to call me. Was plainly told to call them. Eventually today the social media department called me to transfer me, and then politely put the phone down. Is this how clients are appreciated?
My partner ordered an R 2000 pair of Nikes on 26.10.23 They were "delivered" on 11.11.23, with no signature. I cannot get hold of anyone to assist and we are very disappointed. Don't you ask for ID before you deliver?
I paid R300 per month on my credit card, and now for the past couple of months could only afford R200. I AM PAYING. WHY IS IT NECESSARY FOR YOU TO HARASS ME TEN TIMES A DAY? DON'T THREATEN ME.
Very Poor Service. Despite taking three deays to get through to the call center, then having to be told "the line will be reset remotely", no progress has been made with either our internet line or telephone line. As a business this is disasterous for us.
I have been struggling to get hold of Tracker to have their device removed. Customer service is non existant. Atrocious.
On 05 July 2022 at 17:11pm at ATM number 01232149 - trace number vodsnkkw7hpj I deposited R 510 into account number 62815736874 for Eye Supply. I was then notified by the company that the account is closed and I must get my money back from FNB. Of course the Fish Hoek branch was closed. I have sent a tweet, no reply, an email no reply. This is urgent. I want a resolution.
Very very poor service. I have been waiting for weeks for Tiger balm blister packs. I have to keep chasing up for answers. And still no stock. Last week I was told it's in the warehouse for distribution. This week another excuse. And Dis-chem are the sole suppliers. I am disgusted with the service, especially because we are repeat clients of Dischem. If it is not the Tiger Balm that is out of stock, it is the Natura Tissue Salts.
Once again, Nedbank does not assist. No branches in our area, no user friendly ATM's. And complaint center cannot or will not assist with resetting app credentials.
