Despite the fact that a payment was deducted from my bank account, I have been informed that my account has been handed over for collection. Furthermore, I continue to receive messages stating that my account is in arrears. This is highly frustrating and unacceptable, as the payment has already been made. I kindly request an urgent investigation into this matter and a resolution as soon as possible. Please provide clarity on why my account was handed over despite the deduction and ensure that my records are updated accordingly. I expect a prompt response and a correction to my account status immediately. Kindly confirm receipt of this email and advise on the way forward.
I have been calling the Customer line since last week but will be holding the line for an hour. I even requested for a call back at 2pm in the afternoon and only saw their missed call at 6pm in the evening. I called again this morning and have been holding for 30 mins with no assistance. This is unacceptable.
My account has been on hold since Friday and I have been calling with no assistance. I've been transferred from one Consultant to the next. They promise to call you but no one calls you back. This is the worst experience ever.
I haven't had any connectivity for the past couple of days keep I keep being told that a technician will come and find out what the problem is but nothing has been done. I am unable to work from home and it's one of my job's requirements.
I requested for a withdrawal on the 27th of September. Submitted all my documents and still haven't received feedback. Today is the evening of the 3rd of October and no response.
My contract ended on the 15th of September and I sent an email to Telkom on the 2nd of September requesting to cancel my contract after numerous attempts of trying to call the customer care number with no success. I even went to the store to cancel but they too couldn't assist because the cancelations department never answers their phones. Spent a good 30 mins in the store trying to cancel my contract with no success.
I canceled my rain services almost two years ago due to having no connectivity for two full months with no refund. I gave them a month's notice and adhered to it. I am surprised today to be getting messages from Nudebt saying my account is in arrears and has been handed over. I need answers.
Service Consultants are very rude. Called in to test my device and to inform them that the app was not working and both Consultants that I spoke to were super rude. Spoke to Busisiwe and a guy called Mpho. Super rude.
My mother passed away last year and I submitted a claim a few weeks after her passing as I only found out then that she had a policy with IUA under Hollard. I submitted a claim on the 18th of December and haven't been assisted to this day. They do not communicate with you. Every time I call I am told to submit one document after another. Today is the 2nd of January and they are requesting for more documents. They literally want you to call and follow up without doing anything. Very disappointed.
We submitted a claim on the 18th of December and there is still no correspondence from the company. We received an sms today the 27th of December 2023 saying that the claim is still waiting to be processed. These people do not even communicate.
