Not to mention the situation I had about a month ago with MR Price, where they accused me of owing them money while my account is up to date. Now the situation is an online order that I placed, at first I had to wait 14days for my order to arrive where the website states 5-7 days, second I phoned head office in connection with this order they said the package is at the store, I took of early from work to get to Mr Price in time to collect it, and the store told me it hasn't arrived yet, so I waited until I got the email that states my package is ready for collection, again took of early from work to be in time, picked out some more clothing in store that I wanted to buy, got to the till and they said we are offline I have to buy cash, so I asked can I collect my online order, NO sorry we are offline, you will have to come back? What kind of service is this, taking off early from work and driving all the way to collect my order 3 times is costing me more than to just go to any Mr Price and buy the things I wanted. Seriously thinking about closing my account with them.
We bought the DEFY 12 Place S/Steel Dishwasher (DDW 181) on 16/12/2017. We are using the machine once a week. Since we bought this Dishwasher it only gave problems. 1. The top drawer that takes the glasses, struggles heavy to close, you need to force it to go till the back, this is very frustrating. 2. The dishes never comes out dry, we need to dry everything by hand when unpacking the dishes after a cleaning cycle. 3. The dishes does not come out clean, there is still food and stains on the glasses, dishes and cutlery after a wash. Yes we do pack them with spaces between everything and we do use the hottest cycle. 4. It sometimes leaves white stain marks all over all the dishes, then we need to begin a new cycle all over again. 5. Sometimes all the dishes comes out like it's got an oil coating all over it. Please get back to me regarding this matter asap.
So each month I pay my account in time and I pay way more than I should. Never missed a payment or short paid. This month Mr Price is sending me messages and giving me rude phone calls telling me that I should pay my account in full before month end and that my account is in arrears, How can my account be in arrears if I made a double payment the month before. So I phoned customer care, who then transferred me between 4 different people to tell me whole story to, and in the end they came back and told the me, that the store where I made my payment, made a mistake, I should go back to that store, and get them to phone head office to rectify the problem. How does this became my problem if my payments is made? Now your waisting my time and money for traveling to a store to sort out problems you as company made, and if that is not bad enough customer services as is, Mr Price is giving me a bad name for putting my account in arrears even when it is NOT.. This will make me never shop with you again and rather close my account.
Hired the most expensive unit to be excluded from other people, and enjoy some time to rest, but what happend insted was people desturbing us all the time, this unit comes with your own private pool, that wasnt private at all, see picture attached, and we had people swimming in our pool aswell. This is unexceptable, wouldnt refer anyone to come here. And when I complained with the owner, all he did was just laughed at me. Please assist. I dont know how you can rate this place so high, as their standards was very low, not even to talk about the breakfast and the reviews of the other people om their page.
At first I had a bad experience with the food. Spend R504 on 6 Toasted Sandwiches and 6 Cuppachinos, my sandwich was full of hair, I coudnt finish it, it made me felt sick. But I didnt complain. Today I asked before ordering anything if I could use my Discovery reward, they said Yes, when the Bill come the reward didnt go trough and they just made it my problem, didnt asist in anyway, I almost sat for an hour to try to get R30 from somewhere because I had to pay for the coffee wich was supposed to go trough on my Discovery Reward. This just made me decides that I will never go to Mugg & Bean again.

I have 2 accounts that they keep on deducting way more money that they should each and every month, they cut my lines, and no one helps to sort the queries. Spend hours on the phone with 20 different people, no one can assist, went to Vodacom in Midrand, no one can assist, went to the store, no one can assist. SO tired of Vodacom stealing from people deducting more money than they should each month, and in the end its your own problem.</p>
<p>I bought 3 items online, they phoned me and said that there is only 2 items available they will deduct the 3rd item off my account. It didnt happen. I phone Edgars customer services several time, no one was able to assist me. The amount is still outstanding on my account. Ref ********** 1707/GO. I will never use Edgars online shopping again if this is the services a client gets.</p>
<p>Did an Upgrade with Vodacom Cradlestone Mall.</p> <p>Worst Experience in my Life.</p> <p>Since we did the upgrade on the contract in August 2016, we have been waiting for 2 weeks at first to get the contract activated and now we are receiving Invoices where the total of the Invoice is different each month. The contract was signed at the amount of R689.00 per month on a Top Up Plan. My Invoices go from R700 - 1300 each month. When I enquire about it, they say head office is busy sorting it out, and that a credit will be loged to my account. Its 4 months now that Ive been paying more than I should, and no one can assit me to solve this querie.</p>
