Vryheid poor service
Vryheid Pharmacy, I got call today from the rude black lady that is working their to ask me why I am not paying funds that I was not awere I am owing them. I phone my Medical aid they did pay them. They must submit claim for what ever is outstanding. Poor service rude staff I will never ever visit that place and I won't recommended any one using his/her medical aid to receive such treatment from staff.

Poor service from HYPA
I am not happy with HYPA services,I have app**** for WI-FI Unlimited. I was informed that I must pay first and I did so.its been a week now no one contacted me and to reschedule installation. I phone sales department to complain and I was informed that Wi-Fi is active without being install and without being contacted. Its been more than 7 days now

I went to Newcastle store on the 02/11/2024 to purchase new sneakers, I paid, and I was told that I will receive my order within two weeks. until today I have not received even call to keep me updated it's been almost three weeks now waiting for the correct size. poor services

SPAR MADADENI poor service
I went to SPAR Madadeni on the 15/06/2024 around 9am, to purchase small thing and I decided to purchase bubble cum. when I reach the till point, I was informed by the cashier that this product is not listed in the system and it's not the first time they are doing something like this. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the product to be book in the system. example if u can work in the shop now and buy Nescafe coffee price will be R105 but in the special catalog R85. I had lean to check every item. I am not happy with the services I receive.

Pedros Lady Smith
Pedros Ladysmith, poor services received we have to wait for 1hour for our food. The staff didn't even bother to offer table. I had to wait and I tried to talk to the manager she didn't even take time to talk to me. I will never ever wish for someone to visit Lady Smith Pedros

Vryheid Branch poor services
Parent went to Vryheid branch to submit the claim and she was told that they can't pay out since the policy was not opened by them. she needs to phone the salesperson that assisted with the policy. bae in mind that we need to do funeral arrangement but the still even now deduct the policy premium.
