My statement with Letsatsi finance was R12005.71, I skipped one month they handed over to their lawyers. I paid R6000 end of January but the balance is R6570.87 without even the decency to explain the additional amounts.
I purchased Original Sweets Coconut Ice from Spar Sunninghill todaay 29th Jan around, but unfortunately, it was stale. I'm really disappointed as I couldn’t even return it due to the distance from my location.
Telkom employees will never fail to disappoint me, I called Telkom yesterday to blacklist the ****** phone, after the call I was told it was blacklisted and the issue was escalated so I should call after 5 hours to her get the ITC number, next morning I call telkom and spoke with Phindile Ngubani. She told me that the IMEI number provided is not blacklisted and the number I claimed was in the phone when it was stole doesn't match with the IMEI provided and I should call huawei to get another IMEI number. Phindile said she's seeing only 2 numbers one for telkom and cell c but not the number I've provided, the number that was on the phone for 5 years. For someone like phindile who works with phones on a daily and blacklisting phones I am extremely disappoined cause she should know that ****** phones are wiped and factory reset especially if it is not yet blacklisted. She said she cannot help me and I should call Huawei customer care for another IMEI because she cannot see anything record of my number even before April 2023 and her records only start from 27 May 2023. I have prove of purchase and the box to prove that the IMEI I provided is my phone, but that won't do jack because ******* are more prioritized at telkom. Blocking a phone requires personal details, even if the person using my ****** phone wants to know why it was blacklisted then bring them to me because I am looking for my phone as well. Y'all need to think outside the box and be innovative. I am not sure what huawei will do when their job is to manufacture devices and distribute to their clients when I am tasked to call them as a consumer.
Boledi cotacted me without hesitation to get my concerns resolved. She was helpful and understanding as well as patient enough to explain my policy in detail. She really gave a great service.
I just want Capitec to explain to me why they keep ****ming me. Every time I purchase electric below R50 I never receive those tokens example s like receipt 52157104 Jan 2024 and 197613639126. Today was the 4th time and it is really annoying because I am busy to keep running after Capitec branches for petty things.
I went to collect my orders #240126-001-0046 today at Clicks Mall of Africa. Though everything went well and I got what I was there for I did not appreciate the service received from the lady who helped me. No matter how exhausted you are, you cannot drag client's orders on the floor even worse moving them with your leg regardless of whether their inside the box, protected or heavy, that is a sign of carelessness. There are male colleagues that should have came to the collection area to help pick up my boxes, put them inside the trolley and treat me with respect as a client. I didn't say anything to this lady because she really didn't seem interested to know that there's a way to show good customer services. They didn't have a bigger trolley and she still sent me to clicks baby to fetch a trolley and lift my stuff inside. It was not my fault that clicks didn't have bigger trolleys, that shouldn't have been my job to make a plan. That was wrong.
Humanity in a country where women and children die everyday is more important than taking a bribe MA'AM. I missed a turn yesterday and found myself at Kwena tollgate without cash to pass. I don't use tollgates often to know the rules. At 23:57 PM 17 December 2023. I entered a card paying gate which the lady on shift told me that I had to pay R6.00 to pass, payment options were either cash or credit card, after telling the lady that I only had debt card and no cash she still refused to open for me. After seeing how concerned and how desperate I was she gave me a choice to pay her R50 bribe just to pass. This is wrong and needs to STOP. It was just R6.00 ma'am, I didn't have to bribe you. Capitec: R50.00 was paid to 0728085564.
So so disappointed by Makro woodmead staff. I called this morning to ask for advise on my Samsung microwave which lasted for only 2 years. I was told to take it to the store, when I got there, I was told to take it to MM All things Samsung repairs in revonia, got there and I was told to fix it, it will cost+- R2000 whereas I bought it for R3000. I am not happy with the up and downs I did when one person could have just explained everything to me over the phone and we settle the matter instead of wasting my time and petrol. ShopRite logic microwave lasted me 10 years, while Samsung microwave from Makro lasted me 2 years.
Bongiwe Gumede was so helpful and she assisted me with ease. Great service
The only reason We buy cars has good reviews it's because of people who do n9t know what they bought. Be very careful with these ones, make sure all mechanical warning lights are working and goes off when the car goes off. They sold me a s**** of a car, they didn't disclose anything besides the shaftcrafs which I had to fix, only to find out that there's more problems coming. The worst problems I had were computer box flickering causing the screens in the car to flicker and a faulty fuel gauge. I lodged a complaint after few days of taking the car but they refused to fix it. They told me that there's no refund either. 4 months into the car I had already spent 20k fixing I realized that I bought a whole s**** yard and sold it. Sies
