Trying to get this issue resolve since 08h57 on facebook messenger and Takealot help center. Let me try here and hoping the reader will understand. The driver that's the person with the parcel called me and said to me he doesn't know where to go and I tried to direct him which is a easy road. The road going into the town is Republic road then turn right into Keiser to get to 223 and i told him its flat number 2. The recipient is 77 years old with no fridge.

Sharon Anthoney - :( I really hope someone can help me and forward my email to Sharon Anthoney that decided to ignore my messages on whatsapp and your fibre email address just as bad. I want to resolve this issue but don’t get the help I needed to do that. I don’t agree with the attached email from Sharon, there's still charges reflecting up until 2022-03-01.
