They don't tell you that it's a subscription and they don't show it properly on their site, they even state it's not clear enough to show customers it's a subscription
Staff are extremely disrespectful. They think they own the restaurant and think they can tell you how much you should tip. They close at 9pm but their site says 11. Been there 3 times and there's always been something pathetic from them. Judging by the other reviews it's a normal thing for this place. No wonder it's dead on a Saturday at 7pm. Hopefully new management takes over.
They state on their website if a voucher expires before use they can assist you with a refund or gift card. You email them and they say that you must ask for a refund in 30 days of purchase. How does that make sense ?
Absolutely horrific experience. We got there and the so called dam was almost completely empty. Maybe enough water to cover your ankles. Phoned the secretary and they said they'll return 1600 rand of the 6000 rand booking. Eventually the owner came down and gave a million and 1 excuses about why it's just mud and sand and after much back and forth he organized alternative accommodation. Please be careful when booking, make sure the dam has water (they dont tell you, they presume you don't want the same house on a dam but rather on a sand bank) otherwise there's no swimming, fishing or private raft.
Absolutely horrific service. We had an alarm go off on 2 separate occasions at 4am in the morning. Only to have their staff pitch at past 7am. Almost 3 hours later ? How is that even allowed ? What's the point of being a security service when you have worse response times than SAPS. We will definitely be looking at changing providers and fighting any "penalties" as ADT definitely hasn't kept to their side of the contract.
Our business account was banned for absolutely no reason and they refuse to look into it. We have a load of ****mers that whatsapp us that we block. They report us and whatsapp banned us because of these reports. How does that make sense? We are a legal reputable company.
"Voted best burger eatery in the western cape" I don't think so. Definitely far from the best. Pictures say a thousand words.
We booked tickets to fly to Zimbabwe and unfortunately had to cancel as we tested positive for Covid and at the time Zim had implemented quarantine rules. We paid R15 300 for the original tickets (3 of us) We then had to cancel due to the above reasons and they are wanting to charge us R11 100 to change the dates so we can still go to Zim in a couple months time. How can you charge almost the same price of the tickets that we originally bought just to change the dates ? In other words if something happens and you can't get onto your flight you must loose 80% of your money to re-book ? Absolutely disgusting.
The parking arrangement in the airport is absolutely disgusting. The first 200 parking bays are blocked off for private use apparently even tho you pay an arm and a leg to park there. Then after those "private" bays 1 car parks over 2 spaces. We had to park almost at the end because of this. An 80 year old woman had to walk the entire parking lot to get into the airport
A huge thank to Abdullah Regal the senior cinema manager. The most outstanding service and kindness I've ever seen. Also a massive thank you to Rubaine Davis, for sorting out our tickets so quickly. It's people like these that make it a pleasure to go to the moves. I will definitely be coming here more often.
