Incredible service from the quote, reception, service, communication and collection of the car. Everyone along the step of the service were helpful and patient with my many questions. I will definitely be using The Garage again.
GoSolr, have literally changed our lives. Without this incredible company we would be sitting in the dark during loadshedding or times without power. They are efficient, reasonable and very helpful. If anyone is looking at a Solar option, I would definitely recommend GoSolr

Following my previous rating on Planet Fitness on the 19th November 2024, we received a phone call for someone trying to resolve the query. She promised to call my husband back on Friday the 22nd November 2024 and we are still waiting for the call. Not sure how long this is going to take to get the call. But yet again they ask for updated banking details which are provided and they are very quick to deduct money from their clients accounts but not resolve the actually issue. So the shocking service continues. Planet Fitness you need to wake up and get your back office in order.
In May we all signed up to Planet Fitness as a family. My husband has had never ending trouble with his membership. He has now paid 5 months fees, emailed, phoned and sent all proof to the useless service centre numerous times. He has not been able to enter the gym for the last four months as the system has not been updated accordingly. He has been blocked and no one at your call centre seem to be competent enough to be able to resolve this issue. This is extremely frustrating to pay every month and not able to use the facilities. So paid, had no end of frustration and unable to train due to your pathetic service. How many more months does this need to continue. When a new debit order is completed the back office staff are extremely efficient, but unable to resolve any other queries.
Extremely disappointed with NMG, I have been trying to contact NMG regarding the Two Pot system since the 1st September. I have tried numerous times to log into the Portal, use the Whatsapp line, LinkedIn and email and to date I have not been successful. For me this raises serious concerns for one day I need my pension and if I have this amount of trouble accessing a very small portion of my pension what will happen when one day I retire, will I have the same issues???
I have been trying to get hold of someone at Multichoice. We have a decoder that keeps rebooting itself. This is extremely frustrating, when you call the call centre you cannot speak to a person, you go from one recording to another. I just want to know what we can do to get this issue fixed. Please can someone get hold of me with regards to this issue?
I contacted Homechoice in June 2017, regarding a fraudulent account being opened under my name. Today when I checked up on my credit rating I have now been listed as a bad payer due to Homechoice listing me for an account I have not used or opened, and it has been reported as fraudulent. I am furious that my clean record has now been tarnished by a company that I will never ever use or recommend. Please ensure that this is rectified immediately and that my name is cleared with Transunion. My apparent account number is ********** 73. 30 August Monique Muller emailed and called me to confirm the issue was being dealt with and still no resolution. Pathetic, I am so over this company.
I have posted numerous complaints regarding Homechoice on the same issue and it still has not been resolved. I am blacklisted and it is now affecting many areas for me. The only way you can get Homechoice to correspond with you is posting them on Hello Peter. August I was contacted by someone who promised me issues would be resolved in a week. We are over a month down the road and still nothing. I have emailed her 8 times and have had 3 responses and one telephone call but I am no closer to getting this issue resolved than where I was in July. Come on Homechoice how pathetic can you be. I am at my wits end. What is it going to take you to resolve this issue and clear my name.
