Made the mistake of trusting these spineless people! Asked them to do work for us, even paid them a very large sum. They did not commit to the arranged date that we arranged for them to be on site and start the services and repair work we paid them. Eventually told us they would not be completing the work and that the large sum we paid them is gone. Dont TRUST these unprofessional people Danie Roets & Jacques Venter! Dont do any business with them, they take your money and have no care in world who they harm! I hope they realize that what they doing to people will come back to them, KARMA is a wonderful thing!
Very unhappy with Mugg and Bean Clearwater. Stood by the entrance as indicate to wait to be seated. Waiter walks towards us then all of a sudden the lady behind us squeeze past us very rudely the waiter ignores is and attends to hear before coming to attend to us! Why have a sign to say wait to be seated if you going to ignore us and help other people that dont follow the rules first!!! Its unacceptable to say the least. The manager on duty clearly saw the unhappiness on our faces then sudden comes to help us. I told her why we not happy and told her they can leave it seeing as other clients are more important that rudely passes us and gets assisted first!
<p>Ive been to SARS Roodepoort 3 times now and everytime there is something missing or a story that ohh someone should have told you this or that documentation is needed. Why the hell they cannot tell you the first time you go what exactlly they need or want is beyond be!!First of all its there mistake but I need to drive up and down and waste my time because your systems ***** up. Highly unacceptable and frustrating due to incompetant staff!!</p>
<p>Went to SARS as I have a problem with my Tax number, waited 2 hours to get assisted. Only to find out my tax number has been void due to the system picking up I have been resigstered twice and have two different tax numbers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been using my tax number for more than 4 years and now all of a sudden the system only picks up the problem!! More than 4 years later. The consultant then said I need to redo everything and theywill need new forms from me - proof of residence, bank statement etc. and that they will have to move all my infomation from the one to the other tax number. </p> <p> </p> <p>I left to go get relevent documents and went back to go sit and wait for another hour only to hear that the bankstatement I just go with proof of residence is not sifficient and they need water and light bill or clothing account to verify my address. This is outrages as one RICA's and FICA's your residential address at the bank so this is more than legit.</p> <p> </p> <p>The second consultant also said that she cannot assist me as the first consultant needed to tell me all this and that when I came in at the helpdesk the person behind the desk should have checked my documents to avoid me waiting over and hour to hear again that the documents are incorrect and I need to come back again!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>Went to ABSA Clearwater to open a new saving account as well as to sort out a general quiry.</p> <p> </p> <p>Walked in and was greeted by a friendly lady asking what we need and directed me to where I need to go. </p> <p> </p> <p>Filled in our details at the desk so we may see a consultant and was told to sit and wait as they only have two consultants working at the moment and that our names will be called. Waited over 50minutes then I called ABSA customer care while I was waiting. The consultant on the phone ensured me that she would phone the branch and ask that the branch manager send some more consultants to assist with this matter. 20 minutes later and no branch manager and still no one to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is extremly poor service for a client to wait over an hour to open an account, needless to say I did not open an account as ABSA Clearwater wasted more than an hour of my day and no one seemed to be doing anything about the issue. I might as well move all my accounts to a different bank as the service at FNB seems way better. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>Extremely poor customer service at helpdesk, no greeting, no smile, unfriendly, waited over 15 minutes to get a resonspe from the lady behind the helpdesk.</p> <p>Movies Cinemas even worse, waited by refreshments in extremely long lines with only 4 assitants behind refreshments counter, only to get to the front to be served by an employee that complains about the Casino (his own company) telling me the client how he is so over this place and takes forever to get our rereshments making small talk about unrelevent things when there is a line of people behind me and im just trying to get refreshment as quick as possible but no the staff is incompetent, slow, and unhelpful.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needness to say im a regualar visitor at the casino and this is not the first time ive experienced this issue at the cinema.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>We go to KFC Strubensvalley regularly and lately the food is not up to standard, ordered mash and gravy only to get something looking more like soup, it was awful to eat. Burgers look patheic hardly had any mayo.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say the whole family was upset with the meal provided by KFC, which is disappointing as we love KFC and support them often.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>Extremely poor customer service, they give you the wrong order, dont listen properly, constantly an issue when we go to Mc Donalds Retail Crossing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Extremely discouranging to want to but from them especially if every time you go something is in correct and staff are unhelpful.</p>
<p>Shipments take more than 3 weeks, always delayed, on the phone for more than 15 minutes , no one ever answers in the customs department.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very unhappy </p>
