I settled my account 2 years ago. When i checked my credit history, the account is still not closed and left with R2 balance even though i precisely asked them to close it. I wrote an email requsting a paid up letter. They replied after weeks that they are investigating the matter. 2 days after their reply I received an email that my ticket has been closed. I still do not have paid up letter. Please advise who to contact with regards to this issue.
Their drivers who deliver around brackenfell are the worst especially Ashwin. This guy went to deliver to my place two consecutive days and returned back with my parcel. Problem is, when he gets to the gate he never calls and claims access was denied. I sat at home waiting for this parcel for many weeks now. That guy is the worst, his attitude as well is bad! He doesn't not even try. How do you expect me to wait the whole day by the gate not knowing what time you are going to show up?
www.herbastore24.com is a scam!!! They claim to be an indipendent distributor of herbalife. They listed that their delivery takes 1-3 working days. That is not true. You will never get the products ever!!! . Please be careful rather order from a herbalife member you know personally, lesson learnt and I want to arlet everyone so that they dont fall for that scam. Then when I wanted to contact them, there's no contact number listed on this website only a live text where they decide to reply only on certain questions.
This company is a scam, they will take your money and never available for after service. I bought flowers for my sister on the 15th Oct to be delivered the next day 16th Oct. Their track my order facility is the stupidest thing I have ever seen. When I tried to call them their phone just rings no one is picking up. If ,there is any other local florist company in your area please use that because Netflorist is a fraud
So it is a month without a phone now. I took my phone in for repairs on the 5th January 2018 until this day have not received my phone back. My phone had a broken screen, apparently it takes more than a month to fix broken screens. Their C surance is the worst phone insurance in the whole world, if anyone is looking to cover their phones, please do not take that insurance !!!!!! you will regret it for the rest of your life, total waste of time and money. The worst part is cell c will not even assist you with following up on your insurance claim, you will have to phone the insurance department yourself . You should all close businesses,, it seems as if you really do not know what you are doing. You provide a service and we as customers pay for it now when it comes to delivery you guys run around this is nonsense maan!
I do not understand how this phone insurance work. I have made a claim on the 05/01/2018. I had to phone them to get feedback and cell c repairs department said I must again submit the claim form as they do not have any record of my claim and I did. Then I had to phone c surance again to get feedback, if they had actually received the claim this time around.To my surprise they had received the claim all this time and then confirmed that the claim is authorized and I have to pay access fee and email proof of payment of which I did. Now I am patiently waiting for my phone only to find out that there was no action taken ,the repairs department still did not get payment approval from c surance. I phoned again and only then they alerted repairs department to proceed with repairs, at this point I do not even believe they really did. Now they telling me I have to phone again after 3 days to check if repairs actually got it. I have been waiting for almost a month without a phone!!! BAD SERVICE!!! CELL C and CSURANCE!!
I have submitted my phone for repairs on the 12/01/2018 for damaged screen. No communication whatsoever from my insurance instead I have got a bill from cell c repairs department that I have to sign in order for my phone to be fixed. Isn't my insurance the one that is supposed to accept this quote and pay for whatever they cover and notify me of how much the access is, fee if there's one.
I have a funeral cover with hollard, and the agreed date to pay my premiums is the 25th of every month, now for some stupid reason they decided to deduct the premium on the 22nd for this month, abd because my bank account had insufficient funds, this premium bounced and the bank has charged me R100 extra and my account is on minus. I am trying to build a good credit record and this is not acceptable. Deduct the premiums on the agreed date otherwise what is the point if you can just invade my bank account anytime you feel like.
