Close that damn account

Im being harrased and being handed over to attorneys by Discovery bank,after they offered me a R300 credit facility,which i have paid for 3 times already,and also advised that i am unemployed and they should close the account. They refused to close it until i settle the ridiculous interest they added.Discovery bank is a *******!

I want my money back

I am extremely disappointed in Rain as a whole,i have been following up for the last 2months without any help My banking details have been *****ulently used for a Rain account that is not mine,on the 1st of October and today the 3rd of December R619 has been deducted from my Capitec account. My own Rain account was suspended as i have not been working, my bank investigated and discovered that the money was deducted for a Rain account that belongs to someone else, The people in the Philippines that you guys make us talk to are very terrible, they cant help and even hang up on us. Kindly refund all my money as it is for my son's school fees.

They’re are a nightmare

The worst place to go to service your car,the service agents were terrible and very rude. The worst part is that our bus came back without water in it,we found a knife in the engine and the water was leaking from a cut pipe. Very suspicious!!

Deduction

My bank account was incorrectly deducted for someone else's Rain account,i was asked to send proof of deduction which i did,since the 1st of October i have been waiting and following up on my refund. And everyday they try to deduct from my account after asking them to remove it. They have not even bothered to call me

I got my son the new loop wife,it’s been so terrible ,no network coverage at home and when he’s outside. It makes it so hard for him to study and do his assignments. Contacted Rain so many time for a whole 2 months,all they say is switch the loop on and off,but nothing happens. Rain is terrible

The service was horrible

Our food was cold, a cocoroach was Crawling across the wall whilst we were eating, my kids woke up with runny stomachs the following morning. When we went to pay at the till the cashier dem a Buddy tip.

Guess store in East gate has the most unhelpful manager, I spent almost an hour in the store just to return an item, she couldn't help me or refund my money.

Make up department Sucks!

The Edgars at Eastgate make up department is a total shame,. iv gone there several time to buy my make up,its either the assistant is not there,the other ladies are not willing to help because they are counting money. The other lady said she could not help me as she was knocking off,and that the manager did not plan thier schedule well,if she helped me she would have to take a taxify because transport would leave her. I was so frustrated,i walked away without getting any assistance.
