I bought electricity on the FNB app on the 3 of November and never received the token number. I first tried the secure chat option on the app and a ticket was logged, day later I got an email say FNB us not responsible for charges ???? I did not ask about charges I just want the token. So I phoned the customer service number and was promised that the supervisor would escalate to get the token number and now on the 15th I still have nothing.

I have logged a dispute with XDS nearly a month ago as their credit report reflects a poor rating due to debt review, which I have never been on ever. The debt review only appeared recently and it dates back to 2009. Since 2009 I have bought a number of vehicles with out any problems, now all of a sudden because of XDS I am having issues getting a lone. All the other credit report companies have my credit rating at excellent. I have also tried calling there call centre and have not got through even once after endless trys (Currently been on hold for 9 mins). How can a company that reports on issues that affect your lively hood be so unprofessional?????. Are they maybe getting kick backs from companies that help with clearing you credit report..... it makes you think.
I am studying with MANCOSA and I am very frustrated with there online marking system. I submitted 2 assessment and after a month they showed I had failed because I did not submit the project. So I contacted them and they said it was glitch and soon as the Mark's are out it will automatically update. Well the Mark's are out and only one updated and the other still says failed, even though my assessment has been market. Last weekend I submit another assignment and now it says that I have failed and must re-register. This is highly unprofessional from an institution that is meant to be offering international standard education. My company is paying for my studies and with this sort of service I'm considering doing my next year else where and I will inform the company to change service providers for over 20 people that are studying through mancosa to some place more professional.

On the 5th Of February I applied for Vodcom Home Fibre online, after my application I recieved an email explaining that I will be contacted by a transporter to deliver a modem and will be contacted for the install and I booked a ln installation date for the 20th. Up until the 16th I heard nothing, so I called them and they informed I need to redo the application over the phone. So what is the use of an online application????? Then after all of that was done I got an email to confirm my booking booking for the installation on the 20th 9:00am. So today the 20th after no one had arrived by 9:30 I phoned the call centre and they informed they may be delayed by another installation and that they have confirmed that they will differently be here before 11:00. Well at 10:30 I got a call from their contractor telling me they do not have an address and they will only be able to do the install on the 24th 12:00. Now I have wasted a whole morning and i have to take half a day off work because of Vodacoms incompetence. In this day and age with online application and booking I can not believe that a company whose slogan is "The future is exciting. READY?" Well if this is Vodcoms future they can keep it. What a joke!!!!!!
On the 18th Of September I called 135 to cancel a 3gb data deal that I stopped using 4 or 5 years ago I was informed that the retentions department was going to get in contact with me. I just got my newest bill and it's still on there.
MTN keeps sending me messages saying I'm using data out of bundle rates I topped up 1gb and by the afternoon I get the message. I wonder how many people keep buying data because of these messages. What a scam.
