I logged an online return on 31 March 2025. The return request was approved on the 1 April and the return was approved on the same day promising to collect the items within 2 to 4 business days. The items were collected within the specified time and that is the last I heard from Makro. Two weeks ago, I went to the store, I was sent from pillar to post and lastly a manager at the back office promised to look into this. I have not heard from her since Last Tuesday 29 April I called the call center, the lady I spoke to promised to investigate this. I asked for a reference call which I was given. She promised to get back to me, however I have not heard from her since. The status of the return has not changed in a month, it says return initiated.

Tried to send and enquiry using Ram website. I complete the form and click send I get error Invalid Recaptcha. Please refresh and try again. However I cannot access the Recaptcha as there's an icon infront of it. Why make Recaptcha compulsory when customers cannot access it?
I purchased items on the 30 April 2024. On the 14 April I try to track my order it was not under my order history. Checked my email and I found the order number and status was Paid - Order In Progress. I tried to look for tracking functionality on the site and could not find it. Then decided to look on the FAQ section on how to track my order. Found explanation of my order status, which states "It means the order has not yet left our warehouse. Once the status changes to Order Packed it will be collected from our warehouse by one of our preferred couriers and you will start receiving real-time tracking updates." My colleague advised me to call Snatcher and enquire on the delay. on the 15 May at 2:27pm I get an email which states, "Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide the Pro VR 3D Virtual Glasses:" When I could not find my order on my order history I searched for this classes and saw that they were out of order. Now I am thinking that Snatcher sold more items than they could deliver. They kept my money for 15 days without paying interest? They have misled me thinking that I have purchased an item when in fact it is not the case. I am in disbelief.
I placed an order on Tuesday 13 February, on the 15 February I received a notification that my order is out for delivery. Today 16 February at 15:13 I received a call from a Builders trying to arrange a delivery for tomorrow. I inform them that tomorrow I need the order delivered by 9 am. The lady said she will check and get back to me. At 15:41 pm she calls me back to say they make use of couriers to deliver on Saturday and they cannot give me a time of delivery. I asked for the manager and between telling me they did go to my house yesterday and that they can only deliver on Monday at 9am. When I asked to cancel the order and immediate payment of my money back, he tells me it will take 3 days. This is poor service.
Bought a car through Westbank Finance in May 2023 and I have been paying installment monthly without fail. Today 6 December 2023 I get an email that states: You agree and accept that only the payment authorization and collection date will be changed, as indicated below. There's a statement which says: This is your payment authorization to your bank to make payment as stated below by debiting your bank account. This payment authorization allows us to use various types of debit orders. If you do not accept the A Division of FirstRand Bank Limited, Registered Bank, Reg. No. 1929/001225/06. An Authorized and Registered Credit and Financial Services Provider. Reg.No. NCRCP20 SP_RLET118 DebiCheck debit order when your bank sends it to you, we can still use the other debit order types available to us and it does not cancel the payment authorization or the credit agreement. If you reject the DebiCheck debit order, we may elect to cancel this credit agreement. This changes my debit order date to 5 December? This is yesterday and I have not been paid for December. I feel I am being treated like someone who has not honored my debit order commitment and that is not true. I tried to call customer care 0861 288 272 I waited until I gave up.
When the clock striked 12:00 pm on Saturday 26 November 2022, the bank locked our queuing customers who were already queuing outside without even someone coming outside to explain. How Nedbank treats customers is pathetic. I have never experienced such and never expected it from Nedbank who markets itself as a progressive bank.
City of Tshwane Municipality - Littleton office. In the day and age of caring for the planet. You need to produce a statement in order to make payment????? If you want to pay a deposit for rates, you need to present a different statement??? Printing various statement for someone whose going to punch that information into a system does not make sense. I should be able to produce my id and they use my id number to bring up whatever they need to bring up without adding to environmental hoes that we are facing. Totally unacceptable.
Eco Lake maintenance is not taken seriously. I reported a mold issue in December 2021. Even today I am phoning to follow up when I was promised a phone call and received none. Agreement today is that someone will come tomorrow at 10:00 am to resolve the issue.
I made a payment from Standard bank app into an ABSA account on Sat 26 Feb, today is Monday 28 Feb the money is still not reflecting on the ABASA account. I phone the customer care only to be told business days is Mon to Fri so it's like I first made the payment today and would take 2-3 business day to clear. So standard bank app is for weekdays as during weekends it is useless as transaction is disregarded until the next business day which is Monday.
