I bought a printhead for my printer, advertised for that specific printer and it does not fit. If I looks at the invoice it looks like Takealot send me the wrong product. I have lodge a complaint and everyday a get a 1 liner question from their customer department ( so far 4 different people) not want to commit and not want to refund the product ( R 1000) because it is a "non-refundable" product. I see that Takealot has over 20 000 bad reviews , clearly they are not interested in customer care and just want to collect the money.
Took the Polo 1.5 TDI in because it lost power . Got a bill of R 1097 and on my way home the vehicle lost power again. Paid R 700 for a tow-in service and the vehicle was there for a week. R 19 338 later the vehicle lost power again and had to pay again for a towing service of R 700. Just got a quote saying it is a different injector/ cylinder and they must for just in case replace all 3 with a cost of R 50 068. This car has 58 000 km on the clock. Please do yourself a favour and do not buy a Polo
Nearly 2 months later and there is still problems with the Livoltek software program. At this moment my solar panels are switched off and I must switch myself between the grid and the invertor if there is load shedding , after paying lots of money for a "working system" The sales people are brilliant but unfortunately the technical back -up not ( maybe because of all the issues/problems ?)

I advertise my establishment through them , guests checked out 21 days ago still waiting for my payment. Its a nightmare to get hold of them , they like secret agents . They are only interested to make money and do not bother about any back up service
why is there not an option of zero stars ( LOL) what a terrible site. First it took 7 days to fica me and then if you win on slots , they block you and you can not play any or withdraw your money...... stay away
we installed a tracker device 5 months ago and already the price increased. No where in any correspondence were we told by the sales person that it will increase "in fine print" That would have influenced our decision not to take their product and rather the competitors ( with whom our other vehicle is) The lady at the service dept call center was also VERY unhelpful and unfriendly. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this new company we must have a relationship with?
<p>In June we complained about content services that has been charged and we did not agree to it , nobody has any proof that I subcribed. If you google these scamsters you wil see that there are MANY complaints regarding them. Basebone / Uchater , smartcalT Froggie 43635. You can only phone Vodacom's service centre to complain and then they tell you but sir it is all legal services these companies provide? You must phone these companies and cancel your " subscripton" Excuse me so I must phone the scamsters and beg them to take my name of the list. I've just receive my July Statement and what do I see ......a new scamster company "Tweakmobile" billing me for JUNE? R 10 a day? Remember this is a JULY statement? What a joke but unfortunately its on me AGAIN</p>

Where has I agreeded to any of these scamster services. the def of a scamster is " a person who deceives people to get their money" When I phoned in to complain at Vodacom custer care , they told me its all "legal services" and I must phone the " scamsters" and please ask them to take me of their scam list- they even sms the nrs through to me, So now with me contacting them they can even scam me some more - o , and of course you talk a voice recorder. Vodacom invoice me for these " services" and then they get their share and pay the rest of the money over to the scamsters. Are they so desperate for any money? And please what happened to our consumer protection law that is supposed to safeguard us against these "service providers" .</p>
