I submitted a car claim 22nd of March, it took a total of 4 weeks for my car to be taken to the panel beaters to be fixed, my car was sent to the panel beaters on the 26th of April, 2 weeks later I'm being told that they are still ordering the parts. I'm currently driving a rental and the expiry date for returning the vehicle is 15 days, which is actually tomorrow the 10th of May My issue is iWYZE has no sense of urgency, they don't follow up with clients to find out how things are going, are they getting the service that they deserve, but when it is time to debit my account they are never late. I'm frustrated as I can never reach them when I need them. IWYZE can miss me, I'm definitely changing insurance after this nonsense
I sent an email to enquire about one of their specials this was on 18th of Jan, I need to continously send emails to ask what the hold up is I've booked with Mowana in the past and I always got an invoice to pay on the same day, I don't know this thing of waiting for 3 days for an invoice as if I am dealing with a start up business
I bought a gas cylinder 2 weeks back, they also filled it with cylinder, this was for my gas heater, I got home and it was not working, took it back to builders express sunward and they tested it on the heater on the floor at the store. Turns out that the fault is my heater and not the gas cylinder, this gas cylinder hasn't been used but they don't want to refund me. What must I do with a gas cylinder without a heater I paid over R1000 Surely as a customer something should be done
You can never get assistance when you need it, I haven't had connectivity for almost 48 hours now, when I call I'm put on hold and told I'm number 15 in the line I mean really???? I have sent emails and with response A courtesy sms to say we have noted the problem and we will resolve it.... I'm yet to receive such I'm so annoyed and month end they will debit me
I will keep writing reviews until they refund me Direct axis had been double debiting me since end of December, they keep saying the will refund, till today I have not heard from them, I'm sure end of april they will double debit me again
Once again, direct axis has double debited me, this is so annoying in the midst of a pandemic where we don't have money to be throwing down the drain, they still have not updated their system, this has been happening since December 2020 Every month I get double debited and getting a refund is such a hassle. I don't know what needs to happen for them to get my account right, more over than that, I don't even get a call for clarity on my account It is such a mess
I took a loan with these people and then the asked if I wanted to top up, stupid me said yes. They said I would be paying 1 installment But every month their debit 2 instalments 1 for the top up and one for the old loan One time I was lucky and I called them, they actually answered, they said they refund me my on instalment and update on the system. Till today, I'm still being double debited and they are nowhere to be found I would never recommend this people to anyone, i want what's due to me!!!!!
I went to Fair price Alberton in Aug to buy a couple of things, I was told they are out of stock I should laybye them and they'd call me when they do have stock Nov, I went there physically as they still had not called, they told me all the things I want are still out of stock apart from the fridge. I then opted to take the fridge, 2 days it was delivered, in my absence my mom and helper received it. When we opened it was the wrong fridge. I went back to the store to ask for them to take it back. They said theyd take it back provided it is in its proper packaging How else were we going to know it's the wrong fridge if we didn't open it. Yesterday the 16th of Nov, the drivers came to collect it, the looked at the fridge and said they'd come collect later as their truck is full.... They never returned. The longer the fridge stays at home the more reason they have for them not to take it back. They don't even answer their phones.
The issued me with a first letter of demand on the 31st of October stating that I owe them money, I don't know for what as I don't have any contract with them that states I have dealt with them. First week of Nov they issued me with a 2nd letter of demand, now they are threatening to hand me over to ITC. They don't respond to emails and or answers calls
I would really like to comend ikhokha for their wonderful service. Especially one of their activations specialists, Stephen Smith, who went above and beyond the call of duty. There was a time I watsapp'd him on a Saturday, wanting to find out more about the machine I kid you not he responded in less than a minute. Thank you for all the videos you shared with us that made using the machine even easier. You are a star
