I am really disappointed with Rain go I always have to reboot switch on and off before this **** can work, they always say technicians will be in touch touch to help but it takes them 48hrs after you reported and the same issue will rise again and they don't even care about their customers if you want to cancel they will say let's quickly help you with cancellation I mean what kind of mockery business they are running? Really companies will never let their loyal customers to just leave like that it's been three days I have been complaining about network issues but nothing gets solved but come month end they make sure they debit that account no matter your complain. I just want to advise anyone that is using Rain that one day it will be you complaining and feeling how fustrated I am right now cause I have to buy separate data so I can be able to work. I am really and highly irritated by the discovery Bank wheels I have been recommending it to people but the experience I received today it’s really disappointing. I mean for Discovery bank to confirm sign and stamp documents it takes them 24hrs or you must drive to Sandton Branch which is the only one available for such issues? But with other Banks you go in the branch and your documents are signed and stamped in few minutes hai Discovery Bank needs to look at their strategy or else they will keep loosing clients and continue with their so called Big businesses that they run for services
I only been on rain for a month but I'm already experiencing **** service I have been having issues with my network and I send emails via support but no one is responding to my emails or queries today I made a call a lady answered and she told me they only prioritize phone calls so if you send a query via email they don't have a turn around time which means it can take you a Month or two months before they respond to your query. What Bull**** is that I mean we are paying monthly with no hustle and this is the service we getting **** this they can fetch their router and simcards nxaaa
I ordered 1/4 chicken at Nandos via uber eats my food arrived cold and the chicken was very dry with no salt sachets no extra sauce as per my instructions i am really dissapointed with this order after i paid R96,00 and this is what i got really you need to improve your service.

I went to ok foods in columbine Avenue to purchase an item and withdraw cash the teller told she by the name of thami she won't be able to help me I have to go to another teller but I must go catch a que again she does not have time for me immediately asked for the next person to com through. we have been doing business with mail & Guardian and we had 3 publications that we had to publish with them on behalf of our client and we paid them in full, then our client cancelled the 3rd publication and we already paid mail & Gurdian in full. then mail & Gurdian went and published the 3rd insertion without our go ahead then when we ask for a refund the lady by the name of Elsie Mashanzhe & the guy named Bryan Khumalo are refusing to refund us and they are ignoring our communication despite all the efforts we have been trying to communicate with them, can someone please intervene in this matter because my Boss is deducting the Refund due from mail & Guardian which is R13800 out of my salary.
Good day I have been calling Norton and there is a lady from accounts by the name of Lesego she keeps telling me i will receive my paid-up letter for about two months now and there is only one lady that works at admin, so she says so it means their service is so bad that they are so *********** i just need my paid up letter from this stupid lawyers.
I am a resident at east on 82 I have been without electricity for 2days because no one communicated with me that the banking details have changed and I made payment as usual to the bank account that I usually do but my electricity got switched off because banking details have changed and I was not informed, now I am being told my electricity will only be back when the payment reflects on their account and I have a 4montbs baby that's needs milk and I am getting no help from the agent and from the accounts department but there is contact numbers that I was told I can contact after hours or public holidays. Not happy with the service at all
