I have been a client of Miway for over 10 years. Submitted a claim which I rarely do and the approved panelbeaters are all low rated with their workmanship. I received a quote from an alternative panelbeater with a higher star rating. It will be an extra R1600. The assessor has refused to allow me to use this panelbeater as they get cheaper rates at their approved panelbeaters. Not sure why I was asked to get a quote in the first place. I will finish the repair and hope they do a good job. Then will leave Miway. No one wants their car repaired by a 2 star panelbeater. Outsurance here I come.
The day we arrived there was no power so no slides were working. We were told its half price and we would receive a 50 percent refund 3 to 5 working days later. 3 weeks later no refund after emailing them twice. The bathrooms are disgusting. 3 toilets only which are tiny. Toilet paper on the floor. No lights because of no power. The showers are no curtains and there is open sections where people can view in. Never going back there. No customer service.
I need to verify my credit card with PayPal. They send a code onto the banking statement like they did on my debit card. I asked Zandile from Aspire Service suite via the App for help with the code as its not reflecting as it should on the transaction history. She didn't understand and ended the chat. I need the code to verify the card and reverse the charges.
Discovery advised they changed some rules and I now owe them money. I paid and yet status never changed. I phoned and they asked for proof of payment. Sent twice. Still shows I owe money. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Please assist

I have been retrenched and one of my debit orders bounced. Fnb charges me R115 for the failed transaction. The whole point is I don't have money to pay and you take R115. Do you think that is ethical. That is excessive. And to make matters worse there is money in the savings pocket to cover the debit order which is attached to the savings account. Now I am not covered for medical aid. Could have gone to a minus and I would have transferred funds. Infact I already have. Now after R115 I need to call discovery to try sort out the issue which is now my airtime. That fee is excessive.
When i received my framed papyrus in a floating frame the brand new frame was scratched. I complained and they offered to redo it with a smile. Wasn't a problem I was told. A few days later Frame Masters in Monument road said to come in and pick up papyrus. I was told I was too fussy and they would not redo it. That they had used silicon to seal the frame and it was too much to redo. They took papyrus out of frame and gave it back to me. Horrified I went to another framing store who did a brilliant job with no scratches and I was told silicon should never have been used. I will never go back to Frame Masters. Rude and dont know what they doing.
Hi FNB Tried calling but you are having technical difficulties. Ive applied to home affairs for passport and ID but the payment instruction i need to approve on fnb website but its not there? Please help. Thanks Lauren
I bought kalahari tiles and installed on my patio. I have about 10 chips in the tiles after 2 days of installing. Even after they were just installed about 5 chipped already. Very poor quality. Wonder how they will look 1 year from now.
I joined virgin active and paid R799 for the vitality open special. I was advised if i go to the gym 8 times per month the monthly fee is returned to me but i must activate the gym booster once its active. The discovery app wont allow me the option , the gym also tried on my phone. Vitality says i must speak to the gym. I see online it states only after 1 year and 36 visits is this allowed. Virgin active said this is how it used to be but not anymore. How do i sort this out? The month is almost finished and i guess i wont get any money back.
