I’ve come across Speedaf a few times and all the times before this I’ve had amazing service from them. This time was a little different. I hadn’t gotten an update from them since 5th September and I was so stressed about my package. I managed to get hold of Thembi who assist me and told me that their staff are looking for my package. She managed to find my package and personally got it to the courier company. I was sure it was missing but she went over and above to find it and get it delivered to me with frequent updated. Thembi you’re a star. ⭐️
If you're thinking of leasing through these guys, please think again. I moved out at the end of May. We are going into July and I am still fighting for my deposit. I was told I would received it the next day for the first 2 weeks of June now my calls and my lawyers calls and emails are going unanswered. There' just a bunch of ****mers.
What an experience! I had a package arrive from China. It reached Johannesburg on Sunday 01/12. Which was perfect. Everything went downhill after this. They handed the package over to Ram to deliver because it was out of their area to deliver. Mind you, I've had them deliver packages before. Ram confirmed they received the package the Tuesday morning but they will only deliver it on Wedneday. I needed the package on Monday already. I asked Ram if I could rather collect the package because I needed it and they said they don't offer collections. DHL then told me they'll ask Ram to return the package to them and I could collect at 4pm, so on Tuesday I drove all the way to Spartan which was a 45 minute drive there and a 45 minute drive back. When I got there I was told my pachage wasn't there so I drove there for no reason. Then they tell me Ram will deliver the package to them the Wednesday and I can either collect or they'll deliver. The order arrived on Wedneday morning back to DHL. They told me they will deliver between 2 - 4pm for me on the Wedneday. My parcel ended up arriving after 5pm. Which is long after they said and out of my courier booking window for another company to collect. These items needed to go to Cape Town now they won't make it in time. This has been such a frustrating experience. I'll never use DHL again.
I really get upset when other businesses give my small business a bad reputation. I placed a order with FTN on the 18 Nov, which was a Saturday. I booked next day hoping it would come on Monday 20 Nov. The driver supposedly had too many deliveries to make, on top of lying that he tried calling me, so my order got sent back to the warehouse to be delivered 21 Nov. I was told that they'll ask the driver to prioritize my order to be delivered by 12pm. It is now 11.13am and my delivery tracking still says "Returned to sender". At this point I am beyond frustrated. I chose them to deliver these items because of their efficiency. It was an urgent order that I needed for my business. I have clients orders that are now delayed by 2 days because of their incompetence.
We made a booking on the 11th of September 2020 for the 26th of September 2020 at 11am at Khutsong Wellness Spa for 8 ladies. It was supposed to be a birthday party booked for a friend of mine and it turned into a nightmare. We booked the Gold Pamper Package which was supposed to include an aromatherapy back, neck and shoulder massage, an Indian head massage (which we didn't receive), back hot stone, back exfoliation (we also didn't receive), anti-aging hand treatment (which we had to ask for), dry feet treatment and express facial (which we also didn't receive). Our bookings were confirmed and a deposit was made. The morning of, we made full payment when we got there with no issues. We arrived late and only started our treatments at around 11.30 and agreed on having our treatments cut by half an hour. We had only received a full body aromatherapy massage, and a back hot stone massage. We were then moved to another room to receive our dry foot treatment and were moved to the waiting room at 12.30pm, our treatments were supposed to end at 1pm. When we did complain about our manicures/anti-aging hand treatments, we were told that there was confusion on their part and we were booked for a silver package and not a gold package, this was after making full payment for the gold package. The the******s then told us that reception is always confused and this happens regularly and that there was a shortage of the******s for our treatments. The end of our spa day was just the worst as we asked them if we could have champagne in the waiting area (which we supplied on our own), they refused to let us drink it in the spa and we were told to go outside and have it and that alcohol was not allowed, this is not stated on the website and most spas allow it so I'm not too sure what the issue was. We were then told we are being too loud and basically that we needed to leave as customers were complaining. Khutsong knew in advance that they were receiving a birthday group and should have made provisions for this. Their website states that they take group bookings on Saturdays which include Corporate Parties, Bridal Showers, Children Parties & Birthday Parties. How do you expect group bookings to be absolutely silent??? A birthday party which was supposed to be memories for a dear friend just turned into a horrible morning thanks to Khutsong Wellness Spa.
I bought a voucher 3 weeks back and misplaced it when I moved 2 weeks ago. I called head office and Robyn quickly assisted me in finding it and said I could collect a new one at Sorbet The Glen. I went to collect and unfortunately there was load-shedding so their systems were down but Anneline at Sorbet The Glen informed me that she would call me in the morning to assist me in collecting it closer to my work as I needed it the following day. Anneline called me and so did Maggie from the Sorbet Epsom Downs branch to tell me that my voucher was ready to collect. Big ups to the Sorbet Head Office, The Glen and Epsom Downs for the speedy assistance even with all the difficulties that came up.
I registered with this company to start doing my course in digital marketing. I realized it was going to be a tough month so I decided to put my subscription on pause as there was an option on the website to do this. To my surprise I got R300 deducted from my account even though I paused the subscription. When I called to sort out the situation, I was told that there's no proof that I paused my subscription and I will not get my refund. This is a huge SCAM of a company with courses that aren't even recognized. How can it be a recognized course when you do assignments remotely and still have to pay for your certificate when you actually finish your supposed registered course. I caught on this SCAM when I googled the company and actually found that they had to go under examinership because they were in debt. This is definitely not a company I would like to give my money to knowing they cannot handle the funds they have. This is all just a plot to make money with all their lies.
I requested an Uber on Tuesday morning, all the Ubers were over 15 minutes from me and kept cancelling on me. A specific Uber driver started the trip when he 15 minutes from me, drove around and then ended the trip and charged me R200 on my card. I them requested an Uber on Wednesday night and Uber took off my account before the trip started, the driver was 3 minutes from me when I requested the Uber and he kept driving further away till he was 9 minutes away, when I messaged him, he read my message, ignored it and stayed 9 minutes away for an additional 10 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes for this driver and ended up having to cancel the trip with no refund given back to me. Uber service is just pathetic and there is no way to contact you guys directly. The drivers are just worried about making quiet money in December. This is fraud in my opinion.
First time I contacted Debt Care, I decided not to take out debt consolidation with them because I unfortunately couldn't take their calls as I work in reception. I still work in reception and told them to call me at 12 as I know I needed debt consolidation. The consultant calls and the call gets cut from my side. The consultant sends me a disgusting email telling me if I need their services I must contact him myself because his tired of trying to contact me and good luck with my financial situation. How do I answer calls when I work in reception??????
<p>I decided I wanted to do my Diploma in Financial Accounting, they sent my modules but there were certain modules missing. I received an email in June asking for my address so they could send me the rest of my modules and up till now I hadn't received it. I decided I did not want to study Financial Accounting anymore so I emailed them mid October to change my course, start of November I was told that my request had been sent to the transfers department and they'd get back to me. I have not received any feedback since then. I don't get why I should be paying fees when no ones assists when you need them but they ever ready to take your money and remind you that in December your fees will be taken earlier than usual. Intec really needs to wake up.</p>
