I'm so disappointed in Mochachos East Rand Mall. I placed an order via Uber Eats and the driver never delivered my order. I get that they also suffered a loss on this order, but damn! There is absolutely no accountability from Mochachos and Uber Eats. As a consumer I lost money on goods purchased. Please be aware of this and never make use of Mochachos or Uber Eats!
I am completely gutted that the Uber Eats driver never delivered my order. The order was late so i sent him a message to ask how far he was as I needed to leave. I received no response from him. When I still got nothing, I phoned him. The phone rang and then he cut the call. I sent him another message saying that I will be cancelling the order and expect a full refund as he didn't pitch. He obviously didn't worry knowing how bad Uber Eats is with customer service. Please be aware, when you order food on Uber Eats, you are not guaranteed to get it and neither them nor the outlet (Mochachos) take any responsibility for your loss
The service I received was truly professional and very efficient. The lady that makes the appointments phoned me to ascertain availability and Stefan literally arrived less than an hour later. He assisted with all the paperwork and handled the payments. I was pleasantly surprised and truly happy with the service received. Keep it up Stefan¡
So after more than 4 months of battling to get this contract cancelled, MTN has handed me over and I'm now being harassed by their call Centre. Please please please be weary of Mondo and stay away. It's easy to sell you a contract over the phone but Their after sales service is disgusting.
I'm so disappointed in MTN with the poor service received from them. I took out a contract with Mondo and within the cooling off period, I cancelled it as I was unable to connect. They advised me to take the router to the nearest MTN store, which I did. Shockingly, my contract was never cancelled on the system and MTN proceeded to debit my bank account. I got into contact with Mondo and got them to cancel the contract, which they then did. MTN still went and double debited me the next month as I had reversed the previous month's debit. Now they are sending me letters of demand and charging me early cancellation fees. I've never used their data, how can they still charge me for usage??? I'm trying to contact them to have the matter rectified but dialing 083135 has such limited options that there is no option to speak to a consultant. I don't even know what my allocated number was. How do I go about fixing this problem!!!!
If only I looked into Mondo's reviews before making use of them! 😡 I am extremely upset and disappointed in them. The cold called me and offered me this amazing deal. After I received the router the after sales service was pathetic. I cancelled the deal within the cooling off period and was asked to take the router to the nearest MTN. After having done this, MTN still debited my account. I reversed it at my bank. MTN sent me numerous messages threatening to hand me over. After battling with Mondo to sort it out, MTN debited my account again this month which was a double debit to include the previous month's debit which I reversed. I'm actually very disappointed with my bank as well as they were supposed to reverse and STOP the debit but allowed it to go through again. So now I've paid 2 and a half month's installments and was never even connected. I am extremely upset and want to caution others thinking of using Mondo, to STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
I'm so happy that we don't need to deal with this lab on more than one occasion. Mariette is the most rude and unfriendly person have ever come across. She has no consideration for the sensitivity of the matter that she is dealing with and that the matter includes human lives. A little friendliness goes a long way when dealing with customers.
Wow! If only I read the reviews before I placed my order! I would definitely have gone with another company! I placed my order for a 10 piece combo and was supposed to have received it before Christmas. I received it only yesterday, 28 December. To make matters worse, 2 of my canvasses were printed incorrectly, therefore, the entire layout is ruined as it is out of form. This is after I spoke to a consultant, Grace, and discussed the matter as the preview she sent me was incorrect. This is so unprofessional. It's like one of the other comments said, second time buyers are being treated like their business is not valued or needed.
I am extremely disappointed in Dischem. I'm trying to have my baby vaccinated and it's been a total nightmare. I went to 2 different branches only to be told that the clinic sister is in training and that I must come back the next day. I went back to the Boksburg branch today and they don't have government stock. I then went to Farramere and they don't have government stock either. I drove all the way to Rynfield only to be told that they are out of stock. I've so far visited Edenvale, Boksburg, Farramere, Rynfield and Carnival Mall with each store sending me from one to the other and yet no one could help me. We are talking about vaccination of a 6 week old. Something so important and yet a Dischem store that is so big and popular couldn't help me. Absolutely pathetic!
