Poor service and delivery
Customer care from Takealot is very poor. There is barely communication regarding delivery, which is always delayed for one or the other reason. Previously such a good company and customers want to support local business but with this kind of service, shop elsewhere.

Service beyond terrible!
Can I give this place a zero star review? I am waiting two months for a refund. Sik gave the indication that they would refund me in April and I am still waiting. The customer service is beyond terrible!

Great service
I had a great service from FNB in Tygervalley, Cape Town. The consultant, Zozo was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy having made the switch from my previous bank.

Endless problems with this banks vehicle financing
This bank deserves a zero rating for service! It astounds me how terrible service from this bank has become! I have reached out on every avenue to get assistance with my vehicle financing but yet I am STILL awaiting their response - for an error on their side! What more must a person do to get assistance??? Do not take out vehicle financing from this bank unless you want endless troubles and lack of service

Spur Brackenfell serving amazing food and customer service
The Spur in Brackenfell, Cape Town is absolutely amazing! It is well managed and staff are so friendly. I love that they have someone to watch the kids as they play in their very large play area. Well done and keep it up!

Pathetic does not even begin to describe this service!
I am really shocked at the pathetic service from this company. What on earth is going on with this place?! I have purchased a TV almost 2 weeks ago. The payment has gone through but the product is on hold. I called several times! Laid several complaints! Sent so many emails - not a response in sight! The call centre agents say they will escalate it for you but there is still no communication. I will NEVER buy from this place again!

Standard Bank does not care about customer service anymore!
I have been with Standard Bank for 15 years and for me it seems their service is truly deteriorating. Previously I could make use of their Facebook Messenger which normally assisted but now it seems it is completely useless. I don't know if it is because of the time we find ourselves in but I am really disappointed and frankly annoyed at the lack of professionalism from this company. Be very careful of doing business with them. If my matter which was raised on 01 August 2021 and is still not attended to - is not resolved today, I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are other banks that offer way better pricing but one thought Standard Bank is worth their high prices. Seems that is not the case anymore!

Unprofessional and disrespectful
I would give this place ZERO stars if I could! My husband went to the store 2 weeks ago to buy a part and when he arrived the store doors were closed and there was a notification pasted up that they don't allow walk in customers and people have to phone or whatsapp or email their order - which does NOT make sense as the product you need to order, you need to bring a actual sample for them to be able to match it! Nevertheless, he called the number on the door to explain this to the staff and was rudely asked why he was calling this number. He explained to him that he was outside, he needs to purchase nuts and bolts, he would put the order online as indicated but he needs someone to look at the sample to guide in terms of the size. This rude staff member told him someone would come outside to help him and he waited for over 20 minutes for this person before calling the number again and remind them that he is waiting. He was rudely told that they are busy and he must just wait. 10 minutes later, a staff member came out and refused to help him and deliberately attended to people who arrived after him. He then just decided to leave because clearly they do not care about customer service. This place is absolutely unprofessional and completely disrespectful!!!! Do not use this place unless you want to be ignored or treated with the utmost disrespect!
