I've been standing on the que to by medication. A gentleman by the name of Patrick Moleko from medirite Dobsonville said we must stand in a que to speed up the process. Later on a lady just came and budged into the que. When I ask what the reason. He said I don't have to explain but when 6our chance come I will. So he just broke his own rules and I was so a ashed with such experience.
Am a member who register to gym and almost 2years with the company, my debit orders have been debiting smoothly and monthly. So today i received a call from Nabia from gym company in flora center telling me that am owing R250 which i dont know of. Whereby last month i spoke to Lerato and she told me i dont owe anything, and for the record the debit order even went through last month on the 23rd...so i just feel like this gym company accounts their not doing their job accordingly..and from what i know i dont owe the company any money but now my tag is blocked i csnt gym on the other hand i have paid for access. So i urge to the Director or managememt to have a look at this kind of issue because they will end up losing client because of such small mistake.
Good morning to the management of Gym company Mapomya, i believe we have to follow all the covid 19 regulation, but as a member i find it not being unfair regarding that there are some people who are being track in terms of time coming in and some their not due to is their friends.So i find it not being fair because we all pay gym fee and we deserve same treatment..so urge to the management to have a look at that siatuation because is starting to be a prpblem to other individuals.
What an unwelcome service experience ive never seen in my life, i went to Maponya to gym as a regular member, my tag wasnt working and when i ask they said is on arreas and i have to go to flora center were ive opened my membership for re activating and payment, which i did and everything went well. When i came back again to Maponya want to enter the gym they said to me i cant its blocked and i told them.i settled my bill and they said to me they need proof of which i didnt have an invoice with me instance of checking they turmed me back and never showed any remorse of helping me. And as a member i just felt like my right of gyming has been violated duento they couldn't offer or try by all means to find the nature of the problem and when i go to flora center the service there is perfect from the receptionist and thanks to Phillip the manager from florah for all the ongoing extra miles services offer.
I haven't received such a very terrible disgusting service in my life until I visited P&L Hardware in braamfischer, am so very much abashed by the service I got from the manager and his assistance Nhlanhla...I bought a door from P&L Hardware at Braamfischer this is the third day and am not getting any respond., and they gave me a damaged door and when I enquire about the situation the manager just told me that he cant help me, the worst part they never check with me and I didn't even sign anywhere just to acknowledge that everything is in good condition, but he decided to give me attitude and through it into my face and tell me I have to wait till Monday where else my builder is on site...I believe P&L management have to have a look at this situation because I wasn't the only client who was complaining about the service on that day, he was even playing with his phone not giving me attention towards what I was saying to him. This has a big impact to the business if we get such customer experience.

I am very much impressed with the service that I got from Ms. Carly Jacobs, she gave me a great customer experience service that I would never forget by calling me from day one of my problem till the last day of my solution, she even checked up with me if there is anything she could assist me with..am very much happy with her service keep it up Sister.
I have be a loyal customer who worked with previous manager very well when they were fixing my cars and they gave me a good price at car service at westgate branch . Now here come this new manager by the name of Andrea who called me to come service my car, so I went there to give them business, so he gave me a quote that he will do a major service on my car for R1637. and on my invoice he over charged me with an amount of R681. So when I went there to enquire about it he gave me an attitude that he cant help me and the invoice is done already it was their admin lady's mistake.. so I felt like am nobody after spending 3years with them servicing my car with Car service there at westgate. I just feel like this Andrea guy if he keep on doing like this overcharging customer, he will drive the business down the drain. And am still going to take this issue further more.
This has been an ongoing thing, am not sure if i should wait for decades for to get whats mine, Am so ****ed with the capitec forensic department, Charlene can you please respond to Ashleigh's email from FNB i want my money back he is waiting for the indemnity form its been a week he sent that email and i have been calling and itds costing me lot of money am not sure if you gonna reimburse the money ive spent travelling up and down for the past three months. I have waited enough and it has gone far...i do not care how you do it but i want my money back.
Its been almost three month and my issue hasn't resolve, i am unemployed now and the debit order aint going through,and this month my car would be repossessed because fnd do not want to give me back my money.So i just feel like this bank just want to see people suffering before they can issue help.am even thinking of taking this issue further more to the lawyers.
