What a joke. All I want to do is change by account name from my initials to my first name as I cannot link my bookings to my avios/membership. I feel like a ******** as already and they just keep on asking for my passport/Id and still they refuse to change just my name. I have lost airmiles due to this but even laying a complaint has beard to fruit. Even phoning them they **** the door in your face. I am furious now and wish I never booked with them this December, and yes 2 x business class of flights and i can see my airmiles disappear. Never again.
I have never received a parcel from them that has not been damaged. It also takes them 3-4 working days for a parcel in transit from Johannesburg to Nelspruit. With easter that means 8 days from jhb to nsp. What a joke and customer service the most unhelpful and unfriendly service I have ever come across. Shocking.
What a *********** bank. On financial year end the online banking not working. All my creditor codes gone but worked this morning. It impossible to get anybody to give answers what the problem is. Now they will phone in 7-10 days to ask if problem has been resolved as that is the turn around time for inter banking problems and speaking out of experience. IT YEAR END and they incapable of fixing problems maybe they should employ capable people that can attend to problems quick and take responsibility for incompetence.
We have endless problems with courier guy .... Losing waybills, changing waybills to try and blame customer and yes, losing parcels. Please please close this shocking company
Forever resorts badplaas reported me and tried to make as if I am a **** and I rate them again with proof which I did send hellopeter and I was said to give a written affidavit too but forever badplaas need not to. So here new review with more information of this resort going backwards. My previous rating was removed. Room 2 aircon was not working and after reporting to headoffice and reception the maintenance manager said that nothing wrong with it, but this false statement was proved wrong when Wynand from hotel visited me and he himself went with maintenance manager to room. He never even checked on aircon. I reported this incident on hellopeter and only after I placed rating did the resort respond and moved me. The forever resorts made allegations that I did not mention that I was moved but they only did it after I rated them, call logs attached as proof. The resort itself not maintained as in past and I showed Wynand from the hotel the litter, broken tiles, cigarette buts, thorns on grass next to pool, garden dirty, broken metal palisades, and super tube not working, broken glass and just plain shocking state of garden…..Wynand went and fetched maintenance manager and showed him the problems, and photos does not give you the full picture. The spa, hydro and coffee shop was a blessing and really 5 star but rest ……dirty and not maintained.

Then, chalet itself not bad at all despite the aircon not working correctly and maintenance tries to tell a person that nothing is wrong. It not cold whatsoever and hardly blows any air. The safe was locked and this was a major issue with reception as i was told i must sort it out with security....really. Even tried head office and receptionist just phoned the resort and did not escalate anything. The main pool closed and it not on the maintenance schedule and no supertube either. The grass full of "dubbeltjies" thorns ....believe me plenty. Gardens a huge disappointment...say no more. Not worth the time and money to visit badplaas. Was here few years ago and clearly something has gone horribly wrong here.</div>
Do not purchase sunsynk. Even new unit that is faulty has to be removed on your own cost and pay installer and taken to repair centre. NO replacement and no temporary units with NO etr. Then on your own cost you must go fetch unit and pay installer to install repair unit....yes brand new unit. NO refunds just a get lost attitude and they refuse to pay for removal and reinstallation costs...yes NEW unit and if you do not take unit to them then your problem. Thousands of rands and time for new faulty unit and battery. They do not tell you this when selling you the unit. Just a we do not remove and reinstall or refund costs or NO full refunds. STAY away. I have screenshots of these statements I am mentioning with sunsynk.
Take my word for them, they do not care about anybody's security or lives. When a camera gives problems they DO NOT REPLACE it even if it is new and they do not give a ETR and takes up to 8 weeks to repair if you are lucky. I am told that any complaint just gets pushed aside and it like water off a ducks back. PLEASE DO NOT USE them.
Lydenburg Wimpy. What used to be a gem has turned into a wimpy that is not worth visiting. Not clean, needs a serious overhaul……and service shocking. We have now twice walked out as there are no waiters to help. They stand at back and talk with loud voices and laughing out load and customers just sit and wait. Previous visit people could not even pay as lady was nowhere to be seen. As we walked out 2 tables also left. Give wimpy to owners that care and are actually involved.
As a discovery bank client I have only praise for the bank part. The insure department a huge disappointment as I have twice asked for a call back online and NO response. I considered getting quotes for our company which consists of plenty vehicles and equipment and buildings but they obviously have a get lost attitude so they can go fish. Will never consider them again. Sad if companies have a we will not respond attitude. Please do not even consider approaching me.
