The manager is useless and the staff follow his lead.. over 12 min waiting for a wacki Wednesday.. then staff say it's cause they very bussy.. they where not at all.
I have been there a few times, some of the service department staff, but I am really unhappy with the fact that there is NEVER a manger available to talk to or a service provider when you call the branch. and that even though you ask that they will be able to drop you off at work and that I will need to be dropped of before 8am, I am told ya should not be a problem.. even when I got there today I asked the service staff member that was receiving my car if they are too busy today maybe bring it back another day. was told no its fine can do it today. I waited about an hour and still no one hade taken me to my work, I asked the lady sitting in the service department when they going to take us as I need to be at work at 8am and it was already 10 min before 8am, she said she will find out now. 25 min later I decided to take a Uba as it was now 8:15am and I was still waiting.. and it was late. I am so upset that the staff can not sick to a time schedule when it comes to dropping off Customers.
I am highly disappointed and disgusted buy the lack of communicate this shop ....I waited outside for over an hour for an appointment I had arranges via WhatsApp... but no one came ... the sign on door said be back in 5 min....they say Manager came but that's a Lie... no manager come to the shop as I was waiting outside for over an hour.... staff member on duty had a emergency at home... had to go home... no one called me who had an appointment or WhatsApp me .. nothing... just dont give a dam....really very unprofessional.. I don't recommend this shop... at all.
I know all about running a resterant and things that can go bad. I ordered a pizza on Saturday night around 19:52pm online order.. it was delivered a little late witch I understood... but the pizza had been squashed a bit and so I asked they remake it. Witch was done.... and delivered 46 min later.. I was still understanding and had no issue with the pizza. I ate 3 slices no problem and on the 4th pice I almost broke a tooth on something very hard ... I will attach picks ... this is not good at all. I would like to get feed back regarding .
<p>SARS needs to come to the 20th cent ... I have been trying to fax SARS eFiling Registration for the last 2 days from 6am to 7pm ..... the last 2 days all I get is the bizzy signel .............. I have been with Telecom Mobile for 4 years now with endless problems now I am due for upgrade and am told NO.... telecom has chosen to cancel the mix mobile system and change everything... and in doing so I can not upgrade my contract ... I have to wait till its finished and then REAPPLY ......</p> <p>Really does it look like I have the time to now go back to the shop and reapply for a new contract .............. WTH...... I was coming into the underground parking from the shell garage side.. and the car wash ( I think owner) refused to let me go through even though there was no cars coming from the other direction... I am highly upset and will be taking this further as the person in question was roode to me and says he owns the hole area and so I must go around. I will be posting this on hello petter and all other social media.. I do not like getting sworn at and told what to do buy a aragont person ..... I hope you inform him that he can not prevent people from coming to your center underground parking to park to go shopping... I will like you time investigation this matter and get back to me soon . <p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a Bank Battery for my cell phone last year end of Dec 2016 , It took them about 2 weeks to deliver it.</p> <p>Then I find it does not work , so I called them the following day after getting the Bank Battery and they told me they will change it out for me , that the hole change out of the bank batter for my cell phone will take at most 10 Days..... I was not too happy but ya what can I do.</p> <p>Its been 11 days now going onto 12 days and still nothing ... the staff at ebucks dont even call you back to give update on whats going on............................... I will not recomend ebucks to anyone after this bad service I have been getting...... </p>
