I would like to submit my grivience with regard to my recent claim with Motorite. My claim was partially attended to, where a small portion was paid and the bigger portion was paid by myself. The bigger portion was as a result of damages of the engine. I'm of the view that further assessment could have been made by Motorite. I submitted my complaint and I'm not happy with their outcome and Motorite not sending an assessor for further clarification.
Bad service regarding payment holiday .I received a bad service concerning this service and experienced incompetence from the bank. This result in the bank wanting to Baloon my installment and didn't consult with me. I have been talking to Khayalethu Buthelezi. My concern is worrying at this stage since I posted this review Khayalethu Buthelezi is not answering my calls and emails and other colleagues at Standard Bank. I never thought that this move will put me in a bad place . As soon as this account gets settled I want nothing to do with this Bank . They have left a bad taste in my mouth.

Absa had a promotion last year November 2021. When you apply for a credit card they promised a certain amount to be added to your account. If you make certain transactions which I did . To this day nothing is being done . I have been sent from pillar to post by absa and now my issue is at complaints yet nothing is happening. Marentia from complaints is aware of this issue and Zelda is also aware .
I would like to complain, regarding the bad treatment I received from Metropolitan life. Bearing in mind that I have been their client for years now. I have made a death claim and it was not sorted as per expectation. There was an Inkomo benefit that was not fulfilled. I had made countless contacts with Metropolitan and at some point, I was referred to Nelson Selele who was supposed to assist me or inform me of the decision they made. To this day he has decided to ignore me. This is so unprofessional and I now have to report the company on this platform.
I will like to complain about the lies I received from Inspect A car Gezina. Their salesperson (Tah Eneme Callistus) told me that if I bring a potential client to him, the dealership pays R1500 (Spotter fee) to me after the deal is ok. The deal was approved the client got his car. Today he is giving me attitude and being arrogant and not answering my calls. I don't appreciate being lied to and getting them business and be treated like a desperate person thereafter. I escalated the issue to his supervisor Muhammad today and he did not want to intervene. I repeatedly told Tah that to me is not about money but principle. He must stop misleading customers and deliver on his promises. I met him after purchasing a vehicle at that dealership in May 2020. The same dealership has not provided me with the latest service history and I have made countless follow-ups
I bought a car at the dealership with a faulty Aircon compressor. The dealership did not desclose the fault to me. I later fixed the compressor myself and the dealership promised to reimburse me my money (Full amount of repair cost) and to date they have not and now running circles around me with endless promises. I then reported them at Nedbank (MFC) and they continued with empty promises. Another issue is that they advertised the vehicle with full service history and im still waiting for that service history from the dealership. They misrepresented themselves and i require some intervention. The owner there is Chris.
Good day My issue with rain is that I bought a sim card and mifi router from them (delivery date was 6th September 2018)and i was promised 30 days free unlimited data and I was told that i ordered two sim cards upon delivery i enquired about two sim cards and a consultant told me that I can use the one that was acticvated .To my suprise on the 27th September 2018 I saw a huge amount on their dash board that i was owing . I raised this issue with them and to date the issue is not resolved and they are busy trying to take money from my account and they are refusing to share all my telephones calls with me . I told them repeatly that their consultants dont provide adequate information to new clients and I was mis informed. I have reference numbers regarding my issue (Ref: 95943 &96374) . I seems like i am not being assisted by this company
<p>I would like to complain regarding a bad bad service that m getting from Mutual and Federal insurance . I have logged two claims with them in the last three weeks. Only last week one claim was resolved the other one is not . I have since sent about 29 emails to them . they don't take me serious as a customer . I'm getting different stories daily about my reimbur*****t . they must just be clear . I have made over 20 telephone calls to them . I feel like they are treating me like a fool. </p>
