I had 2 tax free accounts with old mutual. A few months back I went old mutual branch in Kempton park and advised them that I want to have 1 policy and increase the premium, I was advised to take a unit trust, I did that and the 2 account to be canceled. 1st months got a debit order from the unit trust and the tax free account which was supposed to ve canceled. I spoke to the financial advisor Lihle and she assured me that it will canceled and she did a withdrawal on the unit trust account. 4 months now and I'm still having the same issue. I tried speaking to the financial advisor Lihle whk did the unit trust policy for me but she is not helping anymore and she is not responding to my messages. If this issue is not getting resolved I will be canceling all the policies I have with old mutual as your service is poor. I tried calling customer care and the waiting on the phone just to speak to someone and have the policy canceling is a mess, the phone is not being g answered but when calling different departments they quick to answer. Old mutual you better fix this or I will be canceling everything.
I have renewed my license disc through capitec online that was in December 2025, thinking that it will be quicker as it said I would receive the disc in 3-5 business days. A fee days later I got a text message with the tracking number. 1st delivery text message I received it on the 30tu of Dec that they will be delivery the parcel, I waited and I did not receive the order. Received another text message on the 31st of Dec, still delivery was not done. I tried contacting skynet on the phone number that is showing on the tracking system and couldn't get hold of them, tried sending a WhatsApp to speak to a live agent and still could get hold of anyone except for the bot. 2nd of Jan received another text message that the order will be delivered waited and nothing. Tried so many times to call skynet but still couldn't get through. When I checked on the system for the update it showed bad delivery address, what surprises me is that they will send me a text message in the morning for delivery yet no one is calling me to ask about the address so that I can provide them with the address since they having issues with finding the address. Skynet and capit has disappointed me, I have been waiting for my oder from Dec and what's worse is that I am not able to speak to anyone at skynet about my order, skynet your service is poor and now I have to drive with a expired license disc, I paid from the delivery, yet when I reach out to capitec since their the only one I am able to speak, I am now being told to go to license department for a reprint. Had I known that I will be having this issues, I wouldn't have renewed through capitec. Skynet your service is very poor. Even now I just got a text message to expect delivery today yet I know its not going to be delivered as always.
I bought a car in Dec from VW hatfield Revonia. But I only got the car in Jan. I drove the car for a few weeks and in Feb it started giving issues. I called the sales lady who assisted with selling the car. And she said I should return the car so that they can take a look at it, and in April they came and took the car for repairs, and it came back on the 2nd of May. End of May the car had issues again, I called the lady again and she telling ke to contact the technician Brian, I din that and he told me that the car has to go for repairs again. I spoke to Mina and she started by not answering my calls and now she is telling me that it had been 6months since they fixed the car. How when the car only came back in May and end of June the car is having issues again. She is now telling yo speak to the manager coz she can't handle the return issues coz I told her that I don't want the car. I'm stuck with a car that is not working and VW Revonia is not doing anything about the selling me a faulty car. I reached out to the manager and he is also not responding
I was taken to Garden city hospital on the 2nd of Feb, I was not admitted as I got discharged the same day. I was not given medication instead I was given prescription to go and buy medication. Now I am getting bills from the hospital that I need to pay apparently the medical aid does not cover as I was seen by a Dr who is not on the network, how I was supposed to know that the Dr who will attend to me won't be on the network, I have send a complain on whatsapp on the 7th of Feb spoke to Enhle and she advised that she has resubmitted the claim and should get feedback in 3-5 business days. Few weeks later, no feedback was send to me by momentum and today I got a call from Garden city advising that I need to pay the bill as momentum advised them they not going to pay the bill because of the Dr who is not on the network provider. I went back to WhatsApp and spoke to Rnhle again and again she is telling me that she will submit the claim again and I have to wait again 3-5 business days for feedback. Momentum medical aid is a **** if I had a choice I was gonna cancel this medical aid, R2200 is being deducted every month with no fail yet when they have to cover the bills we being told that Dr is not on the network provider, how when the hospital is on the network provider, momentum you doing us dirty and you ****ming people because now when you check the benefits on momentum app everything was supposed to have been paid by medical aid. I have had this medical aid for 3yrs now and I have never used it and not by choice but a lot of people are complaining that they being charged and told that the medical aid does not cover. Only that we not able to cancel this services as it compulsory for us to have this stupid medical aid at work. I think we need to raise this issues with our hr at work coz momentum is playing us.
I placed an order with makro online January 7th, I ordered groceries, on the 8th I received a text from the courier company that I will be receiving my package before 5pm, the courier guys did come to deliver only to find that they have a wrong order, they had white chairs and I didn't order chairs I ordered groceries, so I didn't accept the delivery and the courier guys they left with the order, I then called the called center and I was told the issue will be resolved as soon as the courier return the items to the store. I waited the whole week and no one was communicating with me to tell me what is going on or what's happening with my order, Saturday, I received a call from the courier telling me that he is coming to collect the wrong order that I have received and I asked him what package are you talking about because I didn't receive anything I'm still waiting for my order as they delivered the wrong package and I refused to take the package and then the courier guy said oh I remember your query regarding the white chairs and I'm like yes of which that is not what I ordered hence I refused the package, Sunday I received a call from some lady at the store telling me that they sending the courier guys to collect the package, and I told her the same thing I told the courier guy that I did not receive any package, and she said alright I will fix it and call you back tomorrow. Monday I called the calm center coz now they not resolving the issue and they not delivering my package and I'm like please cancel the order, then I was told the order will be canceled with Makro woodmead.days went buy and I went online to check if the order has been canceled only to find that the order is still not canceled and I'm expected to make a payment as I placed the order using my payflex account. I called the called center again, and was told that they will escalate again with the store then I asked the agent to give the store number and she gave the the number, I called the store spoke to the lady told her what is going and she apologized went ahead looked at the store and she saw what was happening and told me that she will escalate the matter with the manager and I should receive a call from the manager at 4:30, I waited for a call back and nobody called.that time I was also busy sending emails to makro store checking what is happening with the order and everytime I will get automated responses that someone will handle the query last email I received from Boitumelo they said the order will be canceled. Saturday 20th I tried contacting the store but couldn't get through I then called customer service and spoke to Grant, telling me that he will escalate the matter and I'm like I don't want it to be escalated again I want the issue resolved and I don't want to see a debit order on Sunday as I'm supposed to pay and now I have to pay for something that I don't have and I've been calling in for the same issue and no one is getting back to me, the issue is still not being resolved they delivering they not canceling, before I called the calm center, I contacted the courier company thinking that maybe their the ones who are delaying the process maybe they didn't return the order to the store, only to find that the wrong order was returned to the store. I asked Grant to speak to his manager as I'm not happy with the service I'm getting from makro store grant tells me that there is no manager in site but he went ahead and called makro store told them what is happening, then he came back told me that I will be receiving a call from Makro. After ending the call with Grant, I received a call from the lady at makro store, I told her to what is taking ao long to cancel the order and Sunaday 21st I'm expected to make a payment for something that I don't have, she then said she will go ahead to cancel the order, I mean I have and sent emails a lot of time yet the order was still not canceled, I told her that I do not want to see a debit order on my side and I want to receive confirmation that the order was canceled and I'm not going to be debited, she said she will call me back and she didn't, I called the store again after 45min, spoke to a lady don't if it's the same lady I spoke to but when I told her my name and what the call is about she placed me on hold for over 15min until t I released the call and she didn't even bother to call me back that time I'm using my airtime. I went online to check if the order was canceled only to find that the debit is still gonna go off on Sunday I'm thinking maybe it will update the next day.Sunday morning went online to check and the debit order is still there so that means I'm going to be debited for something I don't have, I have made a lot of calls to makro for the issue to be resolved yet is not being resolved, si disappointed with the service I received from makro, it's not the first time I'm getting the wrong order December they delivered a wrong order buymt they managed to fix it the following day I was fine, but thus one I'm not happy and what annoys me is that I have to make a payment coz if I don't then they will be penalty fees on my side. Makro you better fix this mess.
I did an online purchase on the 12th December delivery is supposed to be sone 5-10 working days as it says online, sonce then I have not received any communication from studio 88 I have benn tring to conta t your head office and it just rings with no answer I have sent emails as well with no respond, studio 88 your service is so poor, if you are not able to deliver them refund my money.
I bought a Bennet read kettle at a game store in March, 3 months later the kettle is licking took it back to game store and the sales agent of Bennet read says to me they have to book the kettle in for repairs, and nobody told me that their products have to go in for repairs they don't replace their products, I'm so disappointed with service I received from bennett read, I'm never buying this product anymore and they can even keep that kettle, their service is very poor and their sales agent don't tell you anything about their products.
