I just want to say how extremely disappointed I am in this company. I experienced my transaction / order online really bad and unprofessional. I had to phone to understand why my order has not shipped in good time. I was told they sold me stock that they didn't have and are waiting for stock to come in. Then I received the order. I ordered 3 products and only one was received. The other 2 products were not what I ordered. I would expected an email or a phone call to ask: do I mind a substitute for the two products or do I want to cancel the order. BUT NOTHING!!! No communication!! I was just sent the wrong items to get rid of me!!! This was my first time supporting this business and the last.
Rude staff that don’t care about customers. I will never go there again. I will advise all my friends and family to not support this shop again. You belittle customers and you don’t care about giving any good service. Check your prices too - much cheaper to buy online at most online pet shops.
Extremely angry at Vodacom. I just joint Vodacom and I already regret it. Why, Why, Why, did I change to Vodacom!!!! I opened a new account with Vodacom and received an SMS stating that my bank account will be debited with the first installment on 03/12/2018. I did not receive an invoice and went on to My Vodacom App to look for an invoice. I found the invoice and printed it. It clearly stated: Invoice date: 13/11/2018 AND Due date: 30/11/2018. O**** So the Amount due will be debited on 03.12.2018 as per SMS. NO!!! Vodacom decided to debit my bank account on 16/11/2018 and as I was not expecting the debit order today, I did not have money in my account to cover the debit order. Now the bank rejected the debit order and asked me R61 for the rejection. This has NEVER happened to me in all my life!!!! I AM SOOOOO ANGRY AT VODACOM!!!
No after sales service. Salesperson made a lot of promises just to make a sale. After walking out of the shop, I received NON of the commitments that I was promised. All for making a buck and nothing to show for..... You will not see me again, after supporting you for far over 30 years!!! Liar, lair pans on fire!!!
I ordered online and was given a date for delivery - I waited for the delivery and then suddenly I was told that the supplier can no longer supply my product. I requested an alternative product and waited and waited for feedback: if the supplier can supply the "new" product. I received no response and then later on I requested my money back. I am being ignored!! This was suppose to be a birthday gift the birthday is long gone and I am still without gift / money.
<p>I ordered towels online at the end of November 2016 to use as Christmas gifts. It is stated on the website that an order takes 2 weeks for delivery. I recieved half of the ordered goods in time but the rest of the towels are on a "back-order". No information / letter / nothing, just the delivery nota saying "back-order".</p> <p>The first week of Jan 2017, I got a phone call from them: "sorry, we can not give you the 4 blue towels you ordered; but can only give you 2 lime and 2 white towels. </p> <p>I do not like lime and I do not want white towels!!! I ordered blue because the online shop had blue in stoc**** </p> <p>Now I am stuck with lime and white towels - I do not want it!! And it is too late for Christmas.</p> <p> </p>
