Nedbank is really not the bank to be if you want to open a business account. My friend wanted to open a business account and nadbank has their own Time to come back. What happend of treating customers fairly. Why cant you open the account over the telephone
This company is really useless. They are quick for sign ups but they give you as the client wrong information I have order ftth with them through dsl telecom and honestly you can't even be honest with us as clients with a right follow up. I am now escalating this matter in my own hands. Vox and dsl telecoms are equal useless. If I could've given then no star then I would've done so, but I will give them one star. Useless isp really.
I am really angry at this isp. They are good to take money but they can't assist to allocate payments nor can they assist to reconnect. The agents working here are not up to standard and half of them are just there for the money. I wonder how can they win for the best isp in cape town if their systems is a big failure. I will never recommend rsaweb to anyone. They are a Bunch of loses. If there where no stars, I would've given them no stars. They don't even deserve 1 star
I am really unhappy about cell C. I have lost my cell C simcard, which is a very important number to me, of course on prepaid. I did try to do a sim swap and i Failled the security check, now im advised that my attempts is up and that i need to go to a cell C store, how nice is this to tell a person living with a special need. Cell C sucks, and they dont even make provision if you living with a special need.
I would like to say thank you to switch telecoms for the good services received today. I will highly recommend this company that are looking for VOIP Services. Once again thank you for meeting my expectations.
If I could've given a no star rating then it would've been given. After being a loyal Cell C subscriber did they through me under the bus. I had some payment issues with regards to my cell C account and all they can do is trying to deduct money from my bank account. However, I did also try to call them and couldn't be assisted by these *********** staff members. I did even try to reach out to cell C on their Social media and yet are these agents so *********** that they don't know about calling one. Cell C is the badest network and *********** staff that I've ever come across. Come up Cell C, im ready for this one
This company is really not to be worth to be a client off. I am really struggling and fighting a battle like hell. Lipco and its agents should go back to school. They don't know the difference between Gold and Platinum, eish South Africa. no need to say more............
If I could've give this company no stars then I would ve done so. I am really unhappy with the service receiving from this company. 1. On Friday the 06 January did I rejoin Lipco Law for All in good faith. I was then told I will get a welcome SMS, I didn't get It up till now. I did ask the agent if he cant send me the policy documents via email and told me no its not possible. 2.I did then do a follow up yesterday, the 09 January 2023 and was advised that the policy is pending approval. 3. Today the 10 January 2023 did I call again regarding policy documents. I was then advised that the policy schedule can be send to me, after all the agent did rather send me a Magazine instead of a policy schedule. Don't you know the difference between a policy schedule and a magazine?? After receiving such bad service from LIPCO LAW did I decide to cancel the policy, I was then advised that I cant cancel the policy as the policy is pending approval. But lipco is calling themselves the No 1 Legal Cover Company, I don't believe this. Go back to school and start over. I will never deal with this company again and also does this company not create a good impression if they should know my historical background. I will also not recommend this company to other peers. Then they still have the decency to block me on Facebook.
After being a contract subscriber of cell c they are treating me like nothing. I've lost a Sim card (contract) and I wanted to do a Sim swap. According to them my authentication is not failing. This is really bad, isn't the networks suppose to ease things for us. Now a days cell c is letting their standards fall. They forget that we as clients are having the power in our hands. I would like to thank Aqelaah for the outstanding service that she gave to me at Unifi over the telephone. I sincerely hope we could've had more people like this, that walks that extra mile for clients. Unifi can be proud of her
