FSP24769 i hereby lodge a complaint against your agent, a lady spoke to my mom in the pretense of checking if her SASSA is still operating or still valid, only to find that she had opened a policy in her name, worse part she accepted the T&C on her behalf, upon arrival at home she now gets SMS with that state she has joined a policy, now my question is how many elders are being ****med like that and are we saying that all the elders that were recruited on the streets who are the beneficiaries? i called the call center to get the policy cancelled the gentlemen that assisted spoke to my mom and said they will cancel the policy either tomorrow or Friday, which means they will get to claim the first instalment my question is what kind of business are you running? what happened to integrity and honesty? on the subject line is the policy number they had opened without her concern.
Pep Springs mall, i was so disappointed with the service, i laybyed school uniform in October,i know i was wrong not to pay every month they cancelled my laybye yet the expiring date was in feb, that was fine, as i was taking out the additional clothing so that the lady can scan them, i dropped my parcel outer tag and they took it, after paying i notices it got missing, i politely told the ladies that i dropped my tag, they told me to look for it, i traced my steps and the tag was not there, the manager came out and said i should be given my tag, she then drop it as if it was there, there is no customer service at all and the ladies felt the need to humiliate me even though i was not being rude to them, you can check the cameras.
i ordered a few products at snatcher and my order was quick and was delivered (364044) upon receiving my product i realised the smart watch and earphones were not working, i logged a complaint with snatcher to say the products are not working, they then sent a driver to pick up the products of which he did, the only issue is when im supposed to receive my refund its been almost a month since i've requested a refund but to this date no one is coming back to me. please assist, regards Lebo
i bought a couple of things including earbuds and Smar****ch, the watch has a QR quote which allows you to download the app for the watch to sync with the app, but the app does not pick up the watch and wont connect, the eabuds look like they were a return, you charge them as soon as you connect to the phone one of the earbud is flat, ive bought from them before i guess the only great thing to buy from them is non tech stuff as they are not up to par. regards Lebo
Khaya made the experience fantastic he was fantastic, pineapple insurance on its own its not so great their is no transparency. The premium kept on increasing, but time to claim my phone decreased in value
Just got a debit of 272.30 reference it says PMT honfee, I've banked with FNB for more than 11 years and I have never heard of the fact that the banking of retail store is Monday so the pending Funds yet deducted from the account they still need compensated for what? The consultant was sweet and helpful
good day, i have an account that has 2 decoder linked, my monthly payment is by debit-order, last month my debit order was 302, i went into the app and saw i was owing 702 for the month of may, how is that possible when i pay via debit order then they come back and say i owe DSTV 200 of which is not my fault i was told that if i dont pay the amount i will be disconnected , when im clearly not at fault, the system failed to calculate why am i paying for DSTV mistake, please rectify the Mistake 70914834
Recently moved in to a rented place that doesn't have electricity, when asking the agent for help she told me that they're waiting for the municipality and that I should call the municipality myself for reconnection,I signed a contract with these people to rent out space I didn't sign up for me to run to the municipality because the owner didn't Pay, the agent is ignoring my calls and text
I called to say I have made a mistake on the app to ask if they cant deliver sooner as I'm leaving work the consular named Onica was rude and told me it's too late and she didnt know, I asked her to transfer me to someone who might know she transferred me to someone else and they hung up I'm very disappointed with Mc deliver I Will never use your services nor buy again from you guys
