Worst service I have experienced. Account is on Hold I can not access anyone over 2 days now. And I have a family to feed
NEDBANK JUST BLOCKED MY CARD WITHOUT ANY ALERT. This has been the second time and I will be switching to a new bank Plus trying to get the matter fixed I was on the line with 5 different people sending me from pillar to post!!!! No assistance
My accounts has been blocked due to this I am unable to make payments to my credit card and that resulted into missed payments from a few accounts… This needs to be fixed ASAP . I will be closing this Nedbank account and tell everyone how bad this service is here . I report this they told me they blocked it due to *****ulent charges so if they picked that up surely they need to make sure I get need cards and my account is clear form harm!!!! Werner Pagels company is the worst to deal with. I applied for the package and they asked for all my details, they were fast to run credit checks and ask for deposits.. I have paid and now they are quite. I have been calling and emailing no response!
So I ordered some stuff from this app on Momdayalready. 3 of the items were not in stock yet they didn't tell me that on time for me to be able to choose an alternative product Anyway, they went ahead and took the money from my account, the full amount.. And then they don't inform me that some items aren't available. I wouldn't have known had I not checked my order after delivery. So anyway, I went ahead and informed them on the app. No response. Then I called them yesterday and then they claim to not have taken the full amount but I went ahead and told them that I did so they tell me that I'll get my money back and that could take 2 to three days. I call them again today and they tell me that it could take up to 10 days. I WANT MY MONEY
I submitted a claim for an encashment and was advised only my certified ID copy is needed which I sent within one day of submitting the but till today my claim isn't paid yet. This is the 3rd if not 4th week and no one calls unless I call and everytime I call they request the same info that was already sent to them. What a pathetic service from Clientele. I will never recommend any of their product to anyone and definitely will never ever reinstate this policy or take up another policy with Clientele.
Booked and paid flights online and now it is changed without anyone informing us. We book at specific times due to other commitments! We want our money back to book at a different airline. This is so disrespectful
This is the worst service I have ever received. Over a week ago I have been trying to claim my money as I SAVED it now paying out my money is an issue. No one has responded upon numerous emails this is ridiculous!!! No wonder people take their money to safe somewhere else.
