Having a really bad experience with Web Africa. Their support is delayed and just pass you from department to department. I was put on hold on support by an agent because the support line was too busy. I mean, I am on support to get support myself Anyways, had to take almost 2 full days off work to go home for an installation where they didn't have the equipment. Twice. Had such a bad experience with Vodacom and Axxess and Web Africa didn't disappoint either These companies have made me firmly believe its safer and less stressful to stick with LTE for the the monent. Canceling contract and they can come collect their stuff
Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with Vodacom. After them monumentally messing up our fibre order I decided to cancel. I then found out i STILL have 2 numbers on my account that I tried to cancel for a few years. I still have the cancellation request emails. I then instructed Vodacom to please cancel and refund me this money. I am STILL waiting of course. I have also since requested for the last 2 months to please cancel my fibre line which i doubt they will. It seems like they are trying to siphon as much money off each customer as possible by not cancelling contracts and waiting for the customer to call back in and complain. This has happened over and over and over again. After 15 years of being on Vodacom, I now plan to cancel all my contracts with them due to these experiences. I would like to know how i can get my refund for all the time and to confirm that the fibre has been cancelled.
Currently. FNBs service has gone down the drain. I have called in for 2 separate issues, the first being a payment not being allowed to be made even though my limits were correct. After numerous phone calls, hanging on the line for hours, then spending another day trying to resolve it, I got help from another bank through social media. Terrible that another bank has to help resolve issues for FNB. Second issue is trying to find out information on a new account opening (worst decision to open with FNB - realize that now) and have been sitting on the phone for over 2 hours, going from department to department because its "not in their mandate to help me". That is the literal excuse of everyone that answers the phone. Listen to issue, make me verify everything, then tell me they cant help me and transfer me to a new department to redo the entire process again. Even one of the agents laughed when i suggested it would be easier to move to another bank. Used to love FNB but very much over it now. Still sitting on the phone as I type this, trying to sort the same issue out after a couple of days, FNB - My mandate says I cant help you.
Been getting call after call and the very first agent I asked them to politely please cancel the Yellow Pages advert ( as it doesnt work anymore, everyone knows its a useless marketing tool) and now today I have another lady from Trudon called Lauren phone us again. After explaining that I have requested numerous times to please remove us from the database, she retorted back that she is doing her job and slammed the phone down in my ear. What a hoirrible company to deal with and such rude sales agents that harass you even after asking to please stop, Will be reporting them for spam and unsolicited marketing
Purchased 2 x rain contracts and they havent worked since I recieved them. Tried support and they 24 hours and havent heard anything since. That was 2 days ago. I switched hoping this would be better but they are def not. So disappointed.
WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND FEDEX. Overcharging clients with ridiculous prices! For 6 years we have used many courier companies, bringing in parcels valued at aroun R6000 and paying between R1000 - R1200 for import duties and vat. This time was the FIRST time it came through with FedEx, and they charged us R4500 on a R6000 order. That is 75% of the value. When calling, they keep blaming SARS yet when we ask them about the other courier companies charges, they say they can compare with them in terms of price. Now why would the same value parcel be the same with every other company and then suddenly with Fed Ex, their cost is 75% the value of the incoming parcel. Absolute daylight robbery and will make sure we avoid this company at all costs, as they will collapse our business if we continue this way. No help from anyone on this situation, just a "sorry" on the phone and please make payment. Anyone being over charged like this? I have had a few on social media complain to me after I made a post. I will continue to add reviews here and on other platforms until someone takes notices.
<p>Had a great experience with Adult Shop SA. Dealt with 2 different ladies who were so friendly and helpful and made me feel like I was shopping for groceries and not *** toys! Will definately be coming back.</p>
<p>From having 4 servers with Afrihost, down to 2, and losing 10 customers because of Afrihost is the last straw,<br /><br />Some complaints in bullet point form:<br />1. Support tickets - You can type out your issue in full, but the response is always, "Hi Sir, Can you please tell us what your issue is". This means a ticket takes days and not 10 mins as the issue originally would have been<br />2. Advising Afrihost (Bruce in Server Admin) that my servers are stuffed and I think buying a new one and moving stuff across would be best. I was told, "No, this is not necessary and we will fix it". 2 months later, STILL NOT FIXED and eventually signed up a new server and moved stuff. Caused us to lose 10 clients in that instance.<br />3. Calling in to Afrihost - Be prepared to wait online for ages, and then the call will cut. No call back, nothing. You will need to phone in again and wait.<br />4. Empty Promises - I cannot count the amount of times we have called in to Afrihost and had a host of promises to call back, sort out, help us but I would be confident in saying 95% of these never happened.<br />5. Lack of care - I explained how badly my business is being affected by Afrihost and always get a half hearted "Sorry". It seems no one cares.<br />6. Tickets being closed without it being complete - Also, be prepared to have your tickets closed without resolution. You will simply need to open another and start the whole process again<br />7. No managers available - Have been calling in for 3 days now trying to speak to a manager, no one is ever available. They promise to call back, but please refer to Point 4 above.<br /><br />There are many more to follow, and others from my staff, but will leave this for the next review I will give.</p>
