I contacted this bunch to assist in getting my DSTV cable re-connected (a 10 minute job), that was it. They convinced me we needed a new Extender box, and was quoted R2400. I expected a bill round there, plus some labour. A R7800 bill arrived instead!!!! Suddenly there was a Lnb optic, lightning protector surge x 2 (which is BS, those were already there), a cable fee?, and R1800 installation fee. What a joke. I seriously urge you to obtain a written quote. Preferably from a more scrupulous business.
Graham showed up at our office and proceeded to remove a very bad dent on the groove on my passenger door. Another dent repair company told me it would have to be resprayed, and it would only be 60% better. Graham himself said it was only 97% better. He **** - it's 100% better. And no respray required.
Professional caterers. 2nd time we have used them. On time, efficient, food very well prepped, portions very generous, clean up like they weren't there. I would highly recommend.
I ordered online yesterday. Delivery times per their website was 2-5 working days. It arrived this morning. Product looks good, might be a bit early to tell if they are comfy as they're still in the box :)
I used my Discovery credit card on 28 December 24 to buy an air ticket via Vitality Travel. Cost R2210. I then cancelled the transaction as the ticket was no longer required. The airline charge a R300 cancellation fee, therefore I am only expecting R1910 to be refunded. Contacting Discovery will get you a reference number and a patronising email promising to sort it out. Then there's a deafening silence.
My car broke down and had to be towed to the nearest BMW Dealer, it happened to be BMW Rustenburg. When it became apparent that my car was going to need significant repairs, they arranged for a loan car to be driven to Sandton. They had my car for over three weeks, and then arranged for it to be dropped in Sandton and they collected the loan car. I'm not sure if that is standard service one should expect from a BMW dealer, but somehow I doubt it. Thank you to Fanie and Werner for great service.
They are the worst online company I have ever dealt with when it comes to returning a product. The absolute worst. No telephone number, just an email address that NATHAN does not attend to. And a BS chat bot that patronizes you with empty promises. I WILL get my money back from you One WAY Only. According to Hellopeter, OneDayOnly does not respond to posts on this website, so this is more for the public that the useless company in question.
Their landline 0113694000 is basically the same as their self help app. You just get bounced around from option to option, but never get to speak to anyone. And needless to say their options don't cover my query - why is my insurance cancelled?? It really is quite pitiful. Just as well they have good sport, or I would have cancelled this whole thing decades ago.
The initial start-up fee of R5300 is laughable. You can't do anything with that. They then coerce you to add funds. And the only way to trade out of loss trades is by adding more funds. After losing millions in a few short months, my Success Manager (?) gave my total loss portfolio (after I lost everything) to one of the more experienced Success Managers, AND gave me a credit of R500,000! This was to show me how to trade. The only condition was that ANY trades opened had to be vetted by him. And so the next chapter of the gambling started. And WHAT DO YOU KNOW - loss after loss on the trades HE VETTED. And the lot closed out. Credit all gone. Now no one contacts me. This is gambling. No matter what they tell you about market sentiments, analyses, charts, it is pure gambling. Not even their experienced Success Managers can get it right.
A few days ago I posted a scathing review on Rain. The same day they contacted me to remedy the situation, and the very next day they had me sorted and up and running. I therefore retract my statement that they are useless, issue an apology, and recommend their services.
