I sent my withdrawal request on 25 March 2025, until today I have not received my funds. Yet, on their website they have indicated that the process takes 30 days.
On the 23rd of December 2024, I purchased a Britney Spears Fantasy fragrance at Wonderpark. I was disappointed to find that I had to pay nearly R1000 for water. After only five minutes of spraying, the very light smell is gone.
I bought a gender reveal cake, specifically asked for the sponge to be blue as the cake was the big reveal. When the big reveal came, the cake was white/vanilla, which destroyed the entire event. Mommy was very disappointed.
I have not received my refund for a payment made in January. It's been six months now.
Good day, I did a layby of a queen bed in November 2022 at the Clearance Warehouse Africa at the Montana branch. I paid it up in January 2023 and called to confirm that it's paid up so I can arrange for delivery. I was told the beds are currently not in stock and it will take 6 weeks to deliver. I waited for that 6 weeks, then I was told I will be refunded and that it takes 30 days, and I should call back on 15 May, which I did and now the email, customercare@cwfurniture.co.za, calls 012 786 0203, WhatsApp 072 284 6098, no one is responding. I don't know if they have ran away with my money, but it has been 4 months now and I still don't have my refund. There is no communication or curtesy to answer the calls or respond to messages.
I took an iPhone contract with Telkom in October and we agreed that they will debit my account on the 29th of each month. At the end of October, they did not debit and I've always had money in my account with hope that they will debit. It is very sad that this very evening on Saturday, they disconnected my line, when I call they ask me to do a manual payment at the bank or one of the supermarkets, I am not allowed to do an eft, which is more convenient. When I asked to speak to a supervisor who can urgently assist me with my problem, as it is not my fault that they did not debit my account, the supervisors are not available and will only attend to me on Monday. This means my life comes to a stand still because Telkom did not debit my account, then proceed to make it my problem. I asked the lady if they can even debit now so I can have my line open, and she said I have to go and make a manual payment. I am wondering what was the point of sending my banking details and giving them permission to debit my account, a legal agreement, if they will further give me a hassle and negative reflection on my credit.
These people will sell you dreams. Tell you that you have won a deal, offer treatments that they do not deliver. The dates are always not available and they tell you to pay the money even if you don't use the treatments. They know exactly that they block all the dates so that you keep paying for something you do not use.
Last month I was trying to fix my credit record so I tried to get help from Nedbank Credit Cards and Personal Loans and I was not successful as I ended up complaining through their Complaints Department. A guy I spoke to tried to help me and got me a confirmation that the Credit Card account is closed due to it being prescribed, he further advised that the Personal Loans account should also be prescribed, however, the Personal Loans division prefers that I call and speak to them directly. The problem now started where I was transferred everywhere and they'd say they cannot see this account on the system, some will tell me my account is with so and so ( I assume lawyers, I don't know why), called all the numbers they gave me 011 667 2790/ 010 217 4026/5012/5006 and finally got hold of someone at 010 227 3767 who when I asked for a letter of closure said the account is not closed, I requested for prescription and she said she'll do an investigation which will take 3 weeks. A month later I call the same number as there was no response, I got hold of the lady by the name of Kgomotso mmopong who advise that there was no call logged or investigation done under my profile, she also asked that I must wait for 3 weeks while they do investigations (that's a further 3 weeks from the month I've been waiting), this account hasn't been active for over 5 years and they must have received their payout, why they're not giving me a letter confirmation of account closure, I do not understand. They are crooks, wanting people to pay even when they've recovered the debts. Do yourselves a favor and never open any account with Nedbank, they are crooks!
On the 4th a parcel was sent from KwaMashu to be delivered within 5 working day in Pep Home Northam via their PAXI. It is after 3 full weeks now the parcel is not delivered and no one has bothered to say anything. So yesterday I decided to call them and they told me my parcel is lost and that an agent will call me. I am still waiting for that call. They say they are reliable and people should not worry about the frustration of missing deliveries, here I am frustrated from my parcel which they say is lost. I would not advise anyone to use their services, it is really poor and I am never using it again.
