Impossible ! they trying to make it impossible to cancel your contract as soon as they have you even if you 3 years run out. First they say 30 day notice then when you phone 30 days before as advise they say 20 day notice and you have to do it on the exact day. I just want to cancel my one contract 0686568064 you still have me on two other contracts so you will still make money out off me dont stress just cancel this one number!
I went to visit Cycle Lab Bike Park on Saturday with an appointment. On arrival I was greeted and told about the membership so I asked to first go for a ride with my two boys to decide if I want to sign up for the membership. the I paid for my bike hire R400 and straight after that was made to feel I have to join membership to go in so I agreed on a individual membership as my boys was getting upset waiting to go in with their bikes as kids would. then I was told to pay R200 for my bike hire and that they will pay back my R400 as I get a 50% discount for getting the membership and that I don’t have to worry as I can cancel my membership within 30 days and I won’t be charged any fees or membership costs. after the ride I have decided to rather cancel my membership as I did not feel comfortable off everything that just happened and that I won’t use the membership as our experience the day at the park was not what I was looking for. I have since send many cancelations just to get some confirmation that the membership is cancelled but have not yet received any confirmation and the R400 refund is still not reflecting into my bank account. I have also asked in a app cancellation message to please send me any confirmation that the membership is cancelled so i do not have to write something on Hello Peter but still no response.
I keep getting messages your account is in areas. firstly i only do my fibre by Cell C and this account is on debit order so its always paid in full R699 per month. i do not have any other account with Cell C so i cant have an account in areas it humanly impossible. Is this just a **** or actually cell C ??
My dog got hold off my fibre line as it was done in a way you could get to it. I asked Cell C my fibre provider for support and they send the problem to VUMA as its their line. I was told that I have to pay for re-installation and the cost would be R1725. I was also told to first send them proof of payment before they would make an appointment for re-installation. I did say that it was urgent so I did send them POP and asked them to see as urgent. Kelebogile Mokadi asked if she could phone me the next morning to arrange installation and I agreed to please do so. I have not received a phone call or any communication after this and I’m waiting to please be helped. I have phoned Cell C Support and asked if they can pay the re-installation as I went past my 24 months and then they will have me for another 24 months but was told for me to do that I have to cancel my contract first and the reapply for Fibre after that and that it will take more than a month time I don’t have to get re-connected that’s why I had to just pay the re-installation myself.

My contact details has to be updated but after weeks off phone calls and emails this has or can not be done for some reason so i can not get onto self service porthole. This is so frustrating!
This is my first time returning something I bought and what a disappointment I took it back to the delivery point 10min after I collected it have just opened the delivery package box not even the product as I could see it was not what I was look for and won’t fit so did not even try or open it. This is now days later and no refunds or communication I am guessing the playing a power game as they already have the money so they have the upper hand . I have been buying from them for long now but will probably go back to the old method of going to the shops and get what I need. Disappointed
My car i bought 2023/02/11 has a water leak on the side off the radiator water bottle that i picked up the day after 2023/02/12 the day i bought it. I bought it on finance and the DEKRA report was a clear report this questions the integraty off this report aswell. Also there is no undercarage engine cover but both the DEKRA report the dealership does not disclose this? Now i dont know where to start to solve this??
I was very impressed at first as I got a call 2min after I was in the accident so just after I manage to pull out my son out of the bakkie after the accident. we were both still very shaken up off what just had happened. Both our airbags did deploy and we only had minor injuries. within an hour the tow truck was on the at the scene. The disappointing part is only now this happened on the 27/12/2022 and it is now the 11/01/2023 and the system say it is in for assessment this is since the 28/12/2022 that it is in for assessment. The assessor phone me on the 04/01/2023 and said he was busy with the assessment and basically done. My problem is that the system say and when you phone that it is still being assessed. the damage is a lot and both the air bags did deploy so I would think it will be written off because off safety risk trying to fix something that is lifesaving?? What if the repair is faulty and we die in the next accident. Either way they must decide the way forward as my rental will at some time also run out why is things taking so long something does not add up???
Ok I ordered something for a birthday party so I chose the same day option used my work address since I did the order early before 10am thinking it would definitely come before I leave work at 15:45 and then I added in something for myself aswell. I kept on trying to track my order but it seemed it Was not going anywhere so I phoned the call center explaining that the latest I can receive my order is 15:45 the lady assured me that she will escalate it wile I'm on the phone and she did and assured me I'll get it before 15:45 I kept on following the delivery online and it was moving so I felt assured it was going to be delivered in time then when it went past 15:15 I got very worried and phoned again the lady checked and also phoned the delivery guy she told me that he has two more addresses to go to and won't be in time for me I told her but I said 15:45 for a reason I had to leave work at that time to pick up my kids so I told her in that case she must try make a plan and she said the delivery guy should be there at 16:30 then I said please cancel the order cause I won't be at work at that time. Then at 16:45 I get a call from the delivery guy saying I can come get my delivery I told him I'm not at work anymore asked for the delivery tothave been done at 15:45 and that he can take the things back to takealot. This morning I check on the dilivery schedule it say I refused delivery. So not true I ask for it to be at the delivery address at a certain time I was assured it would be and it was not. Infuriating
