Absolutely ********** service from FNB. I have been an outstanding client with my business account. I have now been struggling for more than a month with a point of sale machine. They first sent me 2 instead of 1. Then i got told that i cant accept certain cards if you purchase a machine. You have to rent one, after I was told by a sales agent that it should work. Then i had to send everything back and now its a different story day in and day out. It needs to be captured and assigned to millions of people. If this is the service i get, im thinking of taking my money, credit facilities and savings to another bank that values their clients and actually makes things happen. They deserve zero stars. They are useless.
Excellent service from Travis he deserves the 5 stars but the company itself deserves none. It's now been 8 days since I returned a part to them. I was promised that I would receive a refund ASAP, Monday I was told the refund will be done, Tuesday I was told it will get done, on Wednesday I was told personally by the manager that the money will reflect in my account. On Thursday he promised me the money will reflect either the evening or Friday morning as he did the payment himself. I asked for proof of payment and he said he will send it to me. It's Saturday today, I haven't received a refund or my proof of payment as promised. When I bought this part from them I paid immediately, they didn't have to call, whatsapp and email me 5 million times just so they can receive refunds. All I got was empty promises, I'm a business owner aswell and it's my first time buying from them. I buy engines and parts regularly but they now chased away a loyal client. I'm not sure if this is how they do business but your clients always come first, making them happy comes first. Anyway I wouldn't recommend Mike's place to anyone, terrible customer service from the manager.
I'm truly dissapointed in Vuse, this is the fifth time that one of the pods in a pack is leaking fluid causing me to ingest it when I inhale on the pod... This keeps happening and it's the fifth time in two months... It's quite expensive and I thought that it would be more reliable and of higher quality...
Mr.price is a waste of time when it comes to there credit department. I keep applying and getting approved, they ask me for my payslips and i never hear from them again. I sent it on WhatsApp and via email after going in to store and getting a email address " that will come back to me" but just empty promises... If i could give no stars i would... They just affecting my credit score negatively..
Hi there, about two weeks ago, I requested a quotation for insurance. I was happy with the quotation and wanted to have a more detailed look at it. It's been over 2 weeks and i still haven't recieved the quote... I was suppose to get a Takealot voucher as well. I still haven't recieved that either. This is pathetic service from 1life and i was looking and doing insurance for me and my entire family... So not just didn't i get the quotation i also didn't get my promised voucher... Pathetic service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.. As a business director, i think this is completely pathetic service...
Pathetic service !! I had a payday loan with Cash Converters over a year ago. It was paid up in full and up until today it's still on my credit history. Because it's showing I owe the full amount it's showing as me not handling debt well. Cash Converters slammed my credit score completely to the ground. I spoke to them directly on multiple occasions about this issue. Just to show how incompetent they are, they are now telling me I need to fix this myself with the credit bureau. My honest advice, I wouldn't recommend Cash Converters to anyone at all !! They give pathetic service and you will end up with a credit score below 550 because they don't know how to do their jobs properly. If I could give no starts I would!
