Can I give a rating lower than 1? RAM IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered something from Bash and they were supposed to deliver it last week. NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME REGARDING MY ORDER! WHAY DON'T THEY HAVE A PROPER CUSTOMER SYSTEM! I WONT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO USE RAM!!
I have ordered a gift from Bash with the hopes of giving it to someone as a special gift. Bash sent it out but I haven't received anything yet. NO ONE has contacted me regarding my order, no one has emailed me back regarding my complaint. THEY ARE THE WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER and I wont rcommend anyone to use them!
I have been a loyal Vodacom client for more than 10 years. I recently decided I need to upgrade my device and I saw that Vodacom has great black friday deals. So I app**** and everything went well and soon after I received a message that the device is out of stock. I then app**** again today and everything went well and that Vodacom has devices in stock, soon after I received yet another message that they don't have devices in stock. HHOW CAN YOU RUN A DEAL LIKE THAT WITH NO STOCK ON DEVICES AND TELLING CUSTOMERS THAT THEY WILL RECEIVE THEIR DEVICES. I know Vodacom doesn't care about their customers and that is why I will be moving to a different service provider.
I have searched Hi and Low for a product, I even went to two of the Builders stores. Then one in the Vaal and the one in Alberton. After I spent over 30 mins in each store and not one person asking me for assistance I walked to the electrical department to ask if they have stock of the product I'm looking for, the personal of each store was SO DAMN RUDE that I just turned around and thought myself to order the product online. I ordered on 29/06/21 (Order Nr 2010419894) with the invoice amount just over 11K (Includes delivery fees) On the order email it states that the item will be delivered on 02/07/21. I haven't received anything yet. I enquired about it via email again. (REF NR 1001586110) And they said they are looking into it. Today I enquired again with another reference (ref nr 1001588932) again,They are looking into it. I would like to know WHEN AM I GETTING MY ORDER?
So, It is September and the release of the long awaited Spider-Man PS4 game is upon us. I saw that Dion Wired had stock of a limited addition console at a great price. So, I spammed them and they got back back to me with great news. They will keep one aside for me because I can only make it on Saturday. GREAT GREAT service! So me and my girlfriend decided to go to the Telkom branch in the Vaal Mall shopping centre, hoping to get the latest big deal. A gentleman assisted us and kindly stated that we need three months of bank statements. I understand that and it is a basic procedure. So we went to get our stuff and we got back in line. A lady approached us and asked if she can maybe assist. We asked her about the Big Deal and she rudely replied that there is no sim cards in the store. It was close to closing time and I guess she wanted to get home. Well, a lot of people are complaining about the rude and pathetic service of this branch and Telkom doesn't do anything about it.
<p>I just want to say thank you for the great customer service I received from Mitech. I hope the managing department will see this review and credit the staff. I was looking for some spare parts for a guitar I built and the sales lady (not sure what her name is) was busy with another customer but, she did come to my aid quickly, helped me with n great product and gave me super awesome advice. It was my first time visiting that shop and I have been a fan ever since. I also enquired on Facebook for a quote on some drumkits and Calvin Strapp helped me with a really nice quote, and he assisted me on Facebook as well. Great customer service! They will be seeing me again and I will keep recomending the shop to my students and fellow muso's. Keep it up Mitech team!!!</p>
<p>Hi there, I m writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend Farrell West.</p> <p> </p> <p>On saturday 27 May we went to the Vodacom outlet in the Riversquare shopping centre. We wanted to find out about her contract and I wanted to clarify something about mine. We got there and waited about 10 minutes for assistance. They were busy but there was one or two ladies that was standing around. One girl did assist us but she did not understood on what we wanted to find out. I thought Vodacom's employees have experience. She then went to the so called manager and the laughed and joked about stuff not related to our query. We were left standing again, waiting. Another employee try to help us but we thaught she just came back from lunch because we could see the remains on what she had to eat. I don't mind if she came back from lunch. Just clean yourself up before attending to a customer. Still waiting for the manager to get back to us we decided to leave, We are now both deciding on if we want to stay with vodacom or not. PATHETIC!!!!</p>
<p>So, I had an outstanding balance I had to pay, either I pay the instalment or the whole balance. So I decided to pay the whole balance. I paid my account online and the amount went off my bank account on the 25th of Feb. Mr Price keeps phoning me and texting me statting they are going to report me to the credit berau. Every single day, So I stated that I've already paid. They tell me to send the proof of payment via email or fax. I do it, but then no one gets back to me? Pathetic service and assistance from Mr Price!</p>
<p>So, a couple of years ago I used the Three Rivers Virgin Active as my Home. Due to finacial restrictions I could not afford to Gym there anymore. I moved to Johannesburg and the I joined the Virgin Active Red! I ended up ending my contract due to the fact that I moved back to the Vaal Triangle. I decided to find out the new rates, so I called the Three Rivers Branch. A gentleman by the name of Setshaba (I hope I spel it correct) called me up and was unbelievably friendly! Thank You so much Virgin Active on appointing the friendly staff! I can't wait to meet him.</p>
