I purchased the Rizzen 200W, 177Wh Portable Power Station equipped with 6 Output Ports from Takealot a few months ago, and it was faulty. Rugged took it back and fixed it, but after a few months of use, the same product exploded and caused a fire in my home. This was incredibly alarming and dangerous. I immediately contacted Rugged by logging a ticket to report the issue, but I have yet to receive any response, even after the severity of the situation. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable, especially considering the potential safety risks involved. I am extremely disappointed with Rugged’s response (or lack thereof) and the serious hazard this product posed. I hope Takealot and the Rugged will take responsibility for this dangerous incident and offer a suitable resolution, but for now, I am left with no support or answers.
Bought a Defy fridge from Makro online on 14 August 2023, the fridge started making noise within a week. Defy technicians came to check the fridge more than 5 times but its still making the same noise. They are still sending technicians instead of taking back their faulty fridge.

Absa has decided to mess up my credit score by sending wrong information that I did not pay my bomd, after sending an email, asking them to fix what they did, still no response or communication whatsoever. This is wrong, affecting someone's credi score is a huge impact.

very bad service from FNB/Wesbank, what kind of reason os this for declining a car finance application? then you keep blocking the person from applying from other banks. "Wesbank has come to the decision that we do not have the risk appetite at this stage to entertain the application for finance." What does this even mean?????
20 unauthorised transactions from Google Play store at R75 each went off on my account. I went to the branch and they said I have to replace my card at R70 and then to reverse each transaction it will cost me another R80 for each transaction. No one could help me from the bank, who's supposed to protect our accounts if the bank cannot do that? what is the purpose of impementing online banking if you guys cannot protect your customers, not fair at all.
You do not even deserve a star, crooks these ones, never return deposit. They will loot your money and tell you stories when you ask for it, its been a month without my deposit now, still waiting for it. (Cape Town Airport Thrifty) ***** ass company.
