Please take me off your SMS distribution list. This has now become a major issue for me. I block numbers and then a new one comes with another number.
I have always been satisfied with my purchases from Charis. There are no surprises, what you see is what you get. And I have never had to wait long for my courier to arrive either. I would recommend them anyday.
What a dump!!! I had our vice president and various other directors stay for the night last week Thursday. When they were given their cards to their rooms they found that there were people already sleeping in these rooms, this happened twice, on a 3rd attempt at a room they were offered rooms without locking mechanisms. They were eventually accommodated in the student accommodation where there were drunk and passed out people in the passages. Not to mention that the rooms was filthy as well as the linen. I have attempted to speak to the general manager since Friday even phoning on the weekend only to be told she is not available. I have left two messages that this is urgent. When you google this hotel is shows 4 stars but below says 3.9. I am so humiliated that I put top management through this hotel of horrors and mortified that they do not appear to give a damn.
So yesterday I had to ask a friend of a friend to go to Honda Auto PE to buy fluid. The person was there between 13h00 and 14h00. He waited for 30 minutes at the counter and received no help other than being told that the person who spoke to him is from Merc and he can't help and they must wait until 14h00. I then phoned to complain and was told the manager would phone me back. I then received a call from a lady who works in the spares department who informed me that her other colleague is not there this week so they don't help anyone between 1 and 2 (as she was on lunch). My question to her was, can they not maybe take lunch before 1 or after 2, is this not when most people take lunch and would come there to buy something if they need it? To me this is unprofessional and it is a pity that I was forced to go back there and buy the fluid. I would much rather has supported another business who would have been more accommodating to me.
<p>A big thumbs up to King Cars Newton Park, who was willing to do a valuation of a vehicle for our company even though they were not benefitting from it. We tried numerous other companies and they were not prepared to do this for us. So again a very big thank you to Chad and David.</p>
<p>At 10h45 I was a Foschini Walmer park in the makeup section with 2 items which I wanted to pay for. There was nobody at the till so I asked the one lady who was doing a customer's makeup who can help me. This lady did not afford me any alternative as to what to do, but merely stated that she is busy with the customer and there is nobody to help me. She did not once suggest in a polite way that maybe if I would not mind go and pay in the clothing department. I really think this is very poor behaviour on her part and she made me feel that she does not give a continental about me as a customer. She was just shrugging her shoulders at me.</p>
<p>A big shout out to Stanford Square Spar, Korsten, for their always friendly service and for assisting us with our purchases for the poor. You guys rock.</p>
