I am so annoyed right now with this company-i logged a complaint in July regarding cancelling membership and also stopping debit the closed capitec account-i arrive this morning and i find an email advising that i have been handed over which extremely unfair considering i did not get any call ,no Letter and no email stating the amount that I am now being billed , I need this account to be taken back by fit 24 and i need that done fairly …I will settle whatever amount owed and I do not want ti be forced to continue membership
Sickening service from the funeral claim desk-slow and inefficient….I wonder why my father even gave STD bank a chance ,nonsense
And once again FEDEX , I arranged that I would pick up my item at the Durban Depot on Saturday as it was extremely urgent, only to be told “Sorry there is no parcel” I am super exhausted and annoyed with Fedex because there is no way a parcel would leave the destination on the 30th and today is the 9th-I paid $104 for shipping and about R400 customs and have lost 2 customers because of this .At this point im asking myself what service am I paying for ,$104 is abt R1900 converted but i still have not received my stuff -sick and tired honestly
I am sickened by Netflorist service, I ordered something last week already its now going for Wednesday and still no delivery
Once again Capitec…. I have international funds awaiting clearance,i have been trying to call all Saturday and this morning but I am never able to get through,Isent an email and nothing …please treat this as a matter of urgency.
I am extremely annoyed with fit24 – I have not been to gym from April and have not made payment for the debit , I am willing to make payments for the outstanding amount of R897 however am told about another fee I was contated some time in May and was advised that I had to make payment , which I requested the consultant to send me and email with bank details to make payment , I never received that email – I reached out via Instagram to ge details and got email this morning from a Roelien Marais who basically responded to me ad was not helpful at all , I advised that I will not be paying a R300.00 for the fact that I was not going to gym – and I requested to pay R897 and cancel if that’s how u guys do business – Basically what Rolien is Saying is Lose a customer and waiver that silly fee of R300 – I was going to transfer the R897 and continue to gym however fit24 would rather lose a customer ( Which I am perfectly fine with ) I am very annoyed ….Also I asked her to get her staff member to produce the email that was sent to me to pay the debit outstanding … I need this looked into – I am willing to pay R897 and continue to gym or otherwise pleas cancel my contract.
I honestly do not know how but i do nit see my last review for Vodacom ,I wrote to you guys last week and i never got feedback nor a call ….Im so sick Of vodacom honestly…..the same nonsense keeps happening and i am not getting any help whatsoever
Im so annoyed with multichoice -i made payment on the 25th and all of a sudden i have been disconnected, and whats worse is the service i am getting from multichoice …i need to be reconnected asap
About two- three week back I complained about data jut going off my account without me being on many social platforms , I had a gig data loaded at 00h00 and its only 10h18 and data is gone -I have mostly been on Whatsapp but my data is gone , the two consultants that I had spoken to on my last enquiry did not assist instead they returned the funds used to purchase the data which does not aid at all – Vodacom is really not ideal for me any longer and I extremely sick and tired of having the same issue and complaining abt the same issue all the time
Im extremely irritated agaim with Vodacom-i had 1 gig loaded after 00:00 today and by 6h00 it was on 500mb -less than 15 mins ago i loaded anothee gig and once again less than 600 mb what on earth is going on in less than 3 hours 1.5 gig gone .im considering changing service providers this is utter nonsense now.
