I ordered parts two weeks ago, phoned this Morning got transferred six times then answer the phone and put it down so you can hear them in the back ground the worst service and you can' track you order either
NONE WHAT SO EVER, YOU CAN'T GET HOLD OF THEM M. MY BUSINES LINE HAS BEEN NON EXUSTANT FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS
The worst customer service ever, you can not speak to them ,they don't reply on email cant' make a payment, i ad them as a beneficiary on my banking paid there with ref. but keep on telling me to pay, so there goes shopping at Temu
THE WORST SERVICE USELESS, CANCELING MY CONTACT AS SOON AS IT ENDS
I RECIEVED An UPGRADE ON MY TELKOM LANDLINE. MY EXISTING SIM DOES NOT FIT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I MUST WAIT TILL THEY SEND ME A SIM THAT FITS THAT PHONE, IN THE MEANTIME I CAN'T GET ANY CALLS TO MU BUSINESS AND THE OLD PHONE DOES NOT WORK EITHER. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SEVICE AFTER NUMAROUS MAILS AND CALL NO ONE ANSWER OR THE NO DOES NOT EXIST
My landline has been dead for two months these is no way you can contact theses useless people and at the mall not much help either
I received, a mail to pay my customs duty and my parcel will be released, I follow the link and put in my credit card details and all the info required , I receive a pin and entered it . this has been going for the past two days I tried again this morning every time i enter the pin it came back as you entered the wrong. I tried to phone the post office hanged on for an hour ore more line are busy please wait for the next agent phone got cut of. Now I ask my self how incompotent are these people or their system or do they just not give a what ever about their performance or what it causes, previously parcels never arrive but when went to collect they informed me that i have signed for it. useless!!!!!!!!
I HAVE A ABSA BRITISH AIRWAYS CREDIR CARD ON WICH I SHOULD ERN TIER POINTS , EVERY TIME I MAKE A PURCHASE THE BLOCK MY CARD. I HAVE MADE HUNDREDS OF TRIPS TO THE ABSA BRANCH BACK AND FORTH AND NO CUOLD HELP ME, THIS IS THE MOST PETHETIC SERVICE I HAVE SEEN MAYBE I SHOULD CHANCGE MY BANK
THEY ABSOLUTLY USLES NO HELP AND CUT YOU OF YOU PAY FOR PREPAID TIME AND RECIEVE NOTHING FOR TWO DAYS NOW
